Timeline
sularisBeautiful and clean aftertaste. パーム農家Southern autumn leaf grater. I was told that it is exclusively for matidaya that has spent the summer at a slightly higher temperature, but I don't see any special indication of such. It has a refreshing yet sweet aroma, like a lactic acid bacteria drink. Oh, my... sweet and sour..! Sweet and sour...astringent...my taste buds can't catch up. Before the sweet and sour taste becomes "umami," a strong southern astringency spreads, and the flavor develops quickly. I drank it cold, but I think it would be good heated too. パーム農家No, no, no...heated is also right. The flavor develops slowly, and it's great. KPleasant acidity that lasts for a long time
It is dry, but sweetness and umami can also be felt well.
I was prepared for it because I read the word-of-mouth that it was full-bodied, but it was rather light.

I thought it was No.23 because it is 2023BY, but it seems to be 23 all the time. KThe very first taste.
A beautiful acidity that lingers long, long through the mouthfeel and into the aftertaste.
Taste and aroma of beer made with fresh hops. There is bitterness, but it is not strong.
The sweetness and umami are also well pronounced. This is what happens when sake and hops are combined.
I gave it a low score because it was so new to me, but after drinking it more often, I think I'm going to get hooked on it.
4.50 → 4.75 KWater. Unnatural alcohol taste as it passes down the throat. Some acidity if I may say so.
As the temperature range rises, umami and a slightly stronger bitterness finally appear, but there is almost no sweetness. There is almost no ginjo aroma.
It is a summer sake, so it is light and pleasant to drink.
3.25 パーム農家Aji-no-Nomachidaya's "Summer Sake" is a limited edition of Ki no Aji-nomachidaya. This sake is sold in the lingering summer heat, and is a bridge between summer and autumn. Machidaya really thinks carefully about how to sell their sake.
It has a slight pineapple aroma. Despite the sweet aroma, the taste is quite refreshing. The aftertaste is also refreshing. However, it has a strong body. It is the perfect sake for the lingering summer heat of September.
Seasonal sakes have been coming out earlier and earlier, but I want to drink them at exactly the right time of the year. But that doesn't mean I can go to Machidaya anytime I want...
Summer sake in May and fall sake in August doesn't feel right, does it? I hope the weather catches up with us... RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
