I was prepared for it because I read the word-of-mouth that it was full-bodied, but it was rather light.

The very first taste.
A beautiful acidity that lingers long, long from the mouthfeel to the aftertaste.
Taste and aroma of beer made with fresh hops. There is bitterness, but it is not strong.
The sweetness and umami are also well pronounced. This is what happens when sake and hops are combined.
I gave it a low score because it was so new to me, but after drinking it more often, I think I'm going to get hooked on it.

Water. Unnatural alcohol taste as it passes down the throat. Some acidity if I may say so.
As the temperature range rises, umami and a slightly stronger bitterness finally appear, but there is almost no sweetness. There is almost no ginjo aroma.
It is a summer sake, so it is light and pleasant to drink.

Aji-no-Nomachidaya's "Summer Sake" is a limited edition of Ki no Aji-nomachidaya. This sake is sold in the lingering summer heat, and is a bridge between summer and autumn. Machidaya really thinks carefully about how to sell their sake.
It has a slight pineapple aroma. Despite the sweet aroma, the taste is quite refreshing. The aftertaste is also refreshing. However, it has a strong body. It is the perfect sake for the lingering summer heat of September.
Seasonal sakes have been coming out earlier and earlier, but I want to drink them at exactly the right time of the year. But that doesn't mean I can go to Machidaya anytime I want...
Summer sake in May and fall sake in August doesn't feel right, does it? I hope the weather catches up with us...

Light but profound rice flavor 🌾.
I can feel a little alcohol but you get used to it when you drink it.
It's got a nice astringent aftertaste and a deep ginjo aroma with a big-boned 🦴 finish 😁.
