It has a sweet heady aroma like a mixture of melon and banana. The attack is smooth and sweet. The taste is quite rich. But strangely enough, after swallowing, it gives a light impression. This is probably due to the refreshing bitterness that lingers in the mouth.
What is this? Yes, it does feel light after swallowing. This sake has a mysterious charm. パーム農家Long time no see Kokugon, a low-alcohol summer sake Swallow Label. The aroma is modest and refreshing. The sweetness is moderate and the light acidity spreads. Although it is low in alcohol, it still has the firmness that is typical of Kokugon. In fact, it has such a core that one wonders if it is really low-alcohol. It has a core. I really like Kokugen. こゆきThey say it passed the store's standards. Dry but refreshing. Minami純米吟醸 おりがらみ 吟の夢 生酒純米吟醸生酒おりがらみ パーム農家Minami no Nama-zake, an original summer sake from Azino-Machidaya in Tokyo's Nakano Ward. This is Machidaya's original sake, which is a departure from summer sake, which is too late for summer sake, and too early for autumn sake.
It has a fruity aroma. But I could also sense the strength of the sake that has been laid down for some time. This is a surprise! A strong fizzy sensation hits you first. Not as strong as hiyaoroshi. Not as strong as hiyaoroshi, not as light as summer sake, and with an exquisite flavor. This is a bottle that can only be made at this time of year. And I have never tasted such a fizzy sensation that comes on ahead of the others. パーム農家Mt. Haruna in a cup of sake. Harunasan, a model of Mt. Akina that the tofu shop's Hachiroku runs through. The label also looks like a local sake. I have fond memories of visiting Harunayama with my wife many years ago before we were married.
It has a strong alcoholic aroma, which is typical of honjozo sake. This is a royal roadside honjozo sake that is easy to enjoy and has no peculiarities. Oh my, this is a good sake. I've only had Gunma Izumi sake in Gunma, but this is really good. I guess the main sake is called "Ohai" (大盃). I'll keep that in mind. パーム農家Asahiyama cup sake. As is typical of Niigata sake, the taste is light and dry, but there is a rather firm sweetness and umami at first. It also has a melon-like flavor. Sake from famous breweries has a characteristic that seems to be popular with everyone, even for such a reasonably priced sake.
I bought this bottle to prepare for a trip to Nagaoka this month, but it was just a delicious and wonderful bottle. こゆきUA Kuwagata Bubble Sake. I went to buy it when I heard it was on sale at the store! The bubbles are amazing😍. 
パーム農家Green label of Zanso Hourai. The aroma is almost imperceptible. Yes, yes, it is spicy. Firmly spicy. The faint glimmer of sweetness in the attack is also good. It is like a sake version of green gum. It's like taking a forest bath.
Recently, I have come to like the expression "dry" or "spicy" more and more. I interpret this to mean that it is not pungent. Whenever I see it on sale, I want to buy it and when I have it at home, I can't wait until mid-summer to drink it. パーム農家Summer sake from Kimasa. The sculpin on the label is adorable. I asked my wife to run an errand for me and bought a bottle. I was happy, but still happy.
The bottle my wife selected for free purchase was a bottle of Senkou Beetle. I was happy, but still happy...
The aroma is sweet and vanilla-like. Acid, acid, dryness, sweetness for a moment, and then bitterness...hmmm, this is delicious. This is delicious.
