I had never heard of a brand called "Suntetsu," but upon closer inspection, I found that it was Miyakanbai.
Suntetsu" means to pierce a person's heart in a short and sharp way, and is Miyakanbai's brand of dry sake that makes an impact from the very first sip.
It is true that the first sip is sharp, but when you taste it in your mouth, it has a slight sweetness and a freshness.
It was a sake with a flavor that was more than just dry. ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, Mr. Southern Cross Shine 😃.
Mr. Suntetsu! I learned of Miyaganbai's dry sake from Wakata's post last year, and it seems to be perfect for those of us who prefer fresh dry sake these days 😋 I'll try to find it👍. 南十字輝Good evening, Jay & Nobby! It's a stimulating taste, but it has a flavor that's not just that, it's delicious☺I enjoy drinking drinks that have character, even if they're dry. I'm looking to welcome it to my home, too. 南十字輝7/10
I was in a drinking party with some very important people.
I secretly ordered sake and secretly tasted it.
This sake is from the Shiwa Shuzo Brewery, a popular sake brewery for its Shiwa sake.
Hiroki is probably their standard brand, but I am ashamed to admit that this was the first time I had tasted it.
While Shiwa is a modern style sake, this one is dry and has a light flavor.
It is a taste that I never get tired of drinking, and it is good for sipping on every day.
I will buy it next time I see it. えりりんNanjikki konbanhar(o´ω`o)no~~!
Purple Space is popular but as you said, Hiroki is the standard 😊.
For those who like sweet, it's Purple Space.
For those who like it crispy, I use Koki when I give it as a gift. ☺️ 南十字輝Good evening, Eririn-san! I see that Hiroki is the standard! I'm a beginner who started with Shihou, but it was indeed delicious. I will buy some for home use and taste it slowly☺. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
