I was in a drinking party with some very important people.
I secretly ordered sake and secretly tasted it.
This sake is from the Shiwa Shuzo Brewery, a popular sake brewery for its Shiwa sake.
Hiroki is probably their standard brand, but I am ashamed to admit that this was the first time I had tasted it.
While Shiwa is a modern style sake, this one is dry and has a light flavor.
It is a taste that I never get tired of drinking, and it is good for sipping on every day.
I will buy it next time I see it.

Purple Space is popular but as you said, Hiroki is the standard 😊.
For those who like sweet, it's Purple Space.
For those who like it crispy, I use Koki when I give it as a gift. ☺️
