It's been a long time since I've encountered this 😆 Dry with acidity. Tangy. A little bit of seme smell. It's spicy, so it's a good snack. It also accepts ethnic spicy pork stew with pak choi ☘️. Goes well with fried squid with ginger.

Refreshing ✨ despite the slightly heavy aroma. Melon? A little bit of cemedine 🤔. It has a dry aftertaste with sweetness. The white fish ponzu helps soften the ceme a bit and makes it easier to drink 😆.

I've had the Yamawa brand a few times, but this is the first time I've had the Wasagikuni brand 😆 Dry with a sharp edge ✨. Quite spicy. Sharp and clear. It's good on its own, but I'd like to try it with the conger eel tempura for a better taste: ⤴️. Gentler taste on a flat plate than a glass. ☺️
