Quite sludgy😅. But dry. It has a nice sweetness hidden in it. It's not too heavy and surprisingly easy to drink. Pair it with asparagus rolls and dokkatsu with sesame mayo 😋.

Slightly astringent, with a slight cemedine smell. Dry taste. Easy to drink with no unpleasant taste. Mild with fried burdock. ☺️ Spiciness stands out with boiled mussel liver.

Gorgeous✨, but light. Lychee from pear🍐. Goes well with deep fried burdock 👍good with marinated squid 🦑 and celery 😆I looked up the label on the internet to see what it was, it was an antelope 😲 it looks like it could be a hare, salamander, or something else.

Slightly fruity but dry. Clear taste 😆. A little creamy. The strong spiciness is combined with the eel and dokkatsu tempura. Finish with green curry risotto 🍛 which is also delicious 😋.

Slightly grassy but also refreshing ✨. Spicy and sharp. Rounded around with garland chrysanthemum sesame paste ☺️ Geso wasabi🦑 goes well with it too 👍A little softer to drink on a flat plate. A little spicier with conger eel and dokkatsu tempura. ⤴️

Beautiful sake✨. A little schwar. Melon type 🍈. A little spicy and sharp. Delicious. I thought it was good on its own, but the chicken skin takes the edge off and makes it even more pleasant 👍 Pair with sea robin liver stew, stuffed fresh green peppers, etc 😋.

Manager's recommendation: Crisp and dry, but with a little lactic acidity. A little bit of a schwarziness. Maybe it's because it's sealed. A little tangy. A little soft around the meat tofu.
