No carbonation, but still has a ✨schwarziness to it. Refreshing muscat, dry sharpness. Flat plate is softer and easier to drink like water. Sheds the fat from the forbidden fried siblings (chicken nanban & potato salad chikuwa-ten) and is a zero calorie mistake😅.

A little medicinal. Sweet. Dry. Maybe a little bitter 🤔. When combined with asari zosui (rice porridge with scallions), the unpleasantness is reduced and the umami is enhanced. The new snack, chives with egg is also delicious 😋.

Refreshing ✨and light for being quite nigori. Lemon dry 🍋Hateful guy who makes you eat more 😅 I ate a lot of beef meat tofu, geso yaki, shredded pork and stir-fried green bell pepper 😋.

Dry and refreshing ✨Slightly sweet sake feel but crisp. Light without being heavy. It is surprisingly flat when paired with red clams and wakamegi with vinegared miso. It's not so much that it goes well together, but that it's a bit strange. A little sweet Toro with Negitoro. It seems to go well with it. Spanish mackerel head stewed with a little bit of cod. It's sweet seasoning and delicious.

Schwapon🍾. Sealed. Shuppotto. A little bitter, crisp. Sharp. Slightly carbonated. Kick. A little sweetness. A little sweetness. Spicy and tangy with sweet tempura sauce. The sweet and sour miso paste with akagai and wakamegi matches the spiciness of the sauce.

Clear, slightly sweet and refreshing✨. Uri🍈 dry aftertaste, and the wing skewers🐓 are also refreshing 😋 Negitoro is also good with a good portion of tuna 😆.

As it claims to be "super dry", it has a dry sharpness. The sake was a perfect match for the 5 sashimi (wild yellowtail, sardine, squid, flatfish, salmon) 👍Iwashi tsumimi and daikon oden were delicious 😋The vinegared sea cucumbers were a great way to finish off the last night out in 2023✨.

Easy to drink and easy to resist 😆. It goes well with fried Mexicali 👍. The umami of the first pressing too. Might not go well with flatfish sashimi. It's very good with salted sockeye salmon 👍Some bitterness with Sumika sashimi.

It's been a long time since I've encountered this 😆 Dry with acidity. Tangy. A little bit of seme smell. It's spicy, so it's a good snack. It also accepts ethnic spicy pork stew with pak choi ☘️. Goes well with fried squid with ginger.
