Aged sake. I heard the brewery recommends heating it up, but I went with cold sake for now.
I don't mind old sake and matured sake, so this is a good sake for me. It's good for a small sip.
I do think it expands more when heated, but cold sake is also perfectly fine. It's delicious.

Maybe 1000 check-ins! is at the local Toyoka.
I mean, I'm drinking Takaten at the first restaurant, so I don't have to stick to local sake, but, well, it's delicious.
There are a lot of things I haven't recorded, mainly sake from within the prefecture, but I've finally made it to the top of the list.
Toyooka is more of a brand for expanding sales channels, and the main local brand is Kamidori. Toyoka is a brand that is never out of place, so we recommend it, but we also encourage you to try Kamito.
(In addition, between Kamiwari and Takaten from the two Okaya breweries, Takaten is by far the most popular locally (but it is still a regular sake)).
