The first day of the new year is a welcome party for new employees. It was a good time, but I didn't have enough to drink. So I walked to Kanda and came to Misaki after a long time. Recently, the restaurant was full and we couldn't get in, but today's timing was good. I was surprised to find out that they have Jikkomai! I was delighted and ordered it.
It was light, sweet, acidic, and a little bit sour. It is easy to drink on its own, but when you put it on your tongue, you feel layers of flavors rushing in. It was light and sharp, yet deep. What a feeling!
