ペンギンブルーAlcohol content: 15%.
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Too bad the label is blurry.
Barley? Nuts? A fragrant aroma.
Immediately after taking a sip, the aromatic flavor is followed by a delicious rice flavor!
It is like a tightening.
The syrupy sweetness is followed by a light acidity.
The sharpness is smooth without being too heavy.
It gives the impression of a simple food sake.
Taste: 3.5/5 ペンギンブルーSurprisingly mature, rice-like savory aroma.
When you take a sip, you can taste the smoky flavor for a moment and then the green flavor,
It has a strong rice flavor, mirin-like smooth sweetness, and even acidity.
It runs through at once.
Is this the reason why it is titled as a "multi-talented wine"?
It gives the impression of being heavy when you taste it, but it disappears very quickly!
There is a slight aftertaste of grain.
Taste: 3/5 stars. ペンギンブルーIt's a shame that Kamehansan is not registered as a sake crocodile.
The sake-like aroma is slightly fruity, with hints of pear and citrus.
The first sip has a dry and refreshing texture.
It has a slight orange flavor.
The rice flavor has a sense of astringency, bitterness, and sharp acidity.
The sharpness is outstanding,
The more you drink, the more the rice flavor gradually overlaps.
Classical but with a modern clarity.
An orthodox dry sake.
4/5 for my favorite. ちゃいるSweet. Freshly opened, so it's very fresh and fruity, easy to recommend. ちゃいるFrom the moment you drink it, the acidity is assertive (though not strong) and the sweetness is on top of it, making it moderately easy to drink. The alcohol content is 13 degrees. ちゃいるI don't like Hiraizumi itself that much, but I can't help but drink this cute label series from Concept Workers.
It has a refreshing taste, with a little sourness and sweet and sour (I don't know if it's pink grapefruit). (I don't know if it's pink grapefruit, though...) ちゃいるSince it is a Hakkaisan, I thought it would be sharp and dry, right? I thought so, but it had a strong umami flavor. Rather than sharpness, it had a soft and beautiful mouthfeel. ちゃいるUnmovable raw sake (and beware of opening the bottle!) I couldn't help but drink it! I drank it, and it tastes fizzy and fresh, but it's sour and tastes like pickles. ちゃいるI wondered what the label was, but it was Kurogyu! The Kuro-gyu raw sake is delicious! Fruity and refreshing. It does not betray the impression I had when I drank it before. ちゃいるWhat is this simply named sake that only comes out with a Simonetai image... and I thought it was Hachinohe Shuzo lol.
Nigori (nigori) active! This is the taste of fresh sake! This is the taste of fresh sake! ちゃいるI picked it up because I thought it looked like a happy label, but I didn't realize there was a sake with a "tai" in its name!
The alcohol content is low and easy to drink. ちゃいるOkuroku summer sake, Yamahai. The one I had before was fruity and delicious! But this one has more umami and acidity. (Is this Yamahai's characteristic? I don't know.)
I guess it's a turtle because it's made from Kame-no-o'o... ペンギンブルーYoung banana and kiwi-like aromas.
Light banana shake flavor on the palate,
Juicy mouthfeel with a hint of nigori.
The finish is fresh and crisp with a slight bitterness.
A sake that can be drunk with a gulp.
Taste 3.5/5.5 stars. 海鮮まぐろ丼It was my first time to try the pink label and I loved it, no difference in taste 🍶. ペンギンブルーWow, it's bad as soon as I saw it,
It is crystallized in the shade of orange wine.
It smells like sour wort.
When you take a sip, it has a unique savory sweet and sour taste.
Dense sweetness that does not lose to the powerful acidity.
Syrupy, like black vinegar, plums, raisins, and brown sugar.
Complex? A taste with a lot of information.
Like sherry, let's drink it with a little bit of wine.
Warmed up or heated, it would be delicious.
Taste 3.5/5 ペンギンブルーHot sake.
Aromas of alcohol and rice mingle softly, lime-like.
The texture is smooth and smooth.
The rice has a rich umami and sweetness with a firm feel.
The acidity is a bit sharp.
The aroma of rice is relaxing and lingers for a long time.
A bit of bitterness at the end tightens it up.
It is delicious.
Cost performance.
Taste 4/5 ペンギンブルーThe one that I missed drinking because the title was too funny!
The other person begged me to open the bottle!
Super powerful at 20 degrees.
Rumney-like aroma.
When you drink it, the rice flavor is much more robust than expected.
Freshly pressed, youthful flavor.
The taste is robust and umami.
After that, there is a sense of alcohol and a piquant, bitter taste.
A retro-modern powerful sake.
Taste 3.5/5 ペンギンブルーSticky banana-like aroma.
Powerful mouthfeel, with a strong alcohol content.
The mellow aroma spreads to the nose.
Banana and rice grain, thick flavor.
The acidity of the yeast's yeast yeast yeast gives it a nice sharpness, so it does not become dull.
It is not spiky, but it is a strong sake.
3.5/5 for my favorite. ペンギンブルーIt is a strong sake that aims at the limit (numerical value) of sake.
The aroma is like burnt barley and enadryl.
It is bitter and spicy! The impact is evident in the high alcohol content.
Aromatic grain flavor. Reminiscent of whiskey.
Grain acidity.
The umami is solid (firm and tight)!
It is sharp and spicy after swallowing.
Thanks to the fact that it is a honjozo, it doesn't lean.
Let's drink it slowly.
Taste 3.5/5 ペンギンブルーChill, chill.
Ramune type aroma.
Contains a candy shop.
Light and pleasant to the palate.
But when swallowed, it is surprisingly juicy.
Citrus flavor.
It is quickly cut off.
Surprisingly modern, the kind of wine you want to drink in a wine glass.
