The sake-like aroma is slightly fruity, with hints of pear and citrus.
The first sip has a dry and refreshing texture.
It has a slight orange flavor.
The rice flavor has a sense of astringency, bitterness, and sharp acidity.
The sharpness is outstanding,
The more you drink, the more the rice flavor gradually overlaps.
Classical but with a modern clarity.
An orthodox dry sake.
4/5 for my favorite.
