I've been thinking I've been gaining weight lately and it makes sense when I look back at the food in the picture so often (smiles). Mouth opening. Low alcohol content. Chemical banana aroma. It is fresh and refreshing. The taste is sharp, The sharp taste is followed by the presence of the umami of rice in the back. The aroma is soft and then fades away. It is delicious. Good drinking comfort. My favorite 4/5 stars.

It says "nigori-zake" but it doesn't look too nigori-ish. It is refreshing and easy to drink, although there is a sense of alcohol. The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a unique flavor that is hard to describe. I want to put it into words, but I can't think of any.

I call it Gouriki, is that correct? As the name suggests, it is very...nigori sake.... The tenderness and sweetness are nice. Yesterday I had a sudden thought and had it mixed with soda. At first, I drank it half and half, and it was much lighter. It was a bit like a thin calpis soda, so maybe 30% carbonated soda is just right.

I remember drinking Toyobai when I first started this app. It was so delicious. The freshness of the sake, the cleanliness of the 55% polished rice ratio, and the fruity flavor! For a few days, I was recommending it to other customers in the store and having them drink it too.

Speaking of which, I drank a kusetsu-tsuyo sake a while back. Since it contains ornithine, you can drink this in between and keep drinking indefinitely: ......? 🤔 I'm not sure if I like it or not, but it's one I'll remember for a long time.
