It is similar to the green one I had at another store just before, which is typical of Tsuchida. I think I like the green one a little better.

Daiginjo, not Junmai. Al-soke. Summery visual. The aroma is like green apples and soda. When you drink it, it starts out with a low acidity and pure sweetness. The refreshing acidity lightly tightens the aftertaste. The sweetness is refreshing. The flavor seems to be strong for an alcoholic beverage. It goes down the throat and is pleasant to drink. It is quite good, including the cost performance. Seems to be good with meals.

Sake series brought back from Hokkaido, Part 3 Freshly opened. It was different from the one we drank at the brewery, a little younger. The aroma is not brown sugar, but sweet like a flower. The rice is full and delicious with the aroma. Surprisingly, it has a long, lingering aftertaste. When it ends, there is a sense of rice flavor and a floral aroma. This was the most popular sake among everyone. The taste of different sake rice is completely different, but it was delicious. I wish it would land in the Kanto area.

Sake series brought back from Hokkaido, Part 2 Just opened. The aroma is of an orthodox, crisp, traditional sake yeast yeast. The acidity is sharp and the mellow rice flavor is full-bodied. The acidity quickly subsides, and the astringency and spiciness are felt later, giving it depth. No complaints. It is good on its own and with a good side dish. A good everyday sake. I want to drink it again.

The slight bitterness and the gentle sweetness of rice can be felt. The acidity is distinctive and the rice is delicious, a rare balance.

Outside drinking. Akita Sake Komachi 100%. Color is clear. Smell is omitted because I was drunk😅. Mouthfeel is slightly slightly carbonated🫧. Taste is soft sweetness like peach 🍑 and soft bitterness in the aftertaste. The sweetness and bitterness are both moderate and easy to drink 🍶. Purple Space is all easy to drink 😆.

Outside drinking. 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture. 240 seems to be the hardness of the water. The color is clear. Slightly sweet & sour on the palate. Mixed with each other. Marble image 🌈 The taste is not too much for a Yamahai sake. Still, there is a depth of flavor. The aftertaste is still gentle. I thought it was similar to Kaze no Mori in the types I have tasted.

Drinking outside. A restaurant I stopped by on my way home from an errand. The color is slightly yellow. Mouthfeel is slightly slightly carbonated🫧 and tangy. The taste is light sweet and refreshing. The aftertaste is slightly astringent. The complex flavor is enjoyable 🍶.
