I liked it so much that I asked my husband to buy it for me this year and it just arrived today 😍🍒.

This one was my favorite last year too, "It looks like a candy ball!" and this was my favorite red yeast from Amezure.
I will drink it as many times as I see it before the season is over! ペンギンブルーNot much aroma.
When you drink it, it has a moderate acidity and a delicious taste of rice.
The sweetness is moderate.
It has a refreshing taste and goes down the throat well.
Good balance.
It goes well with ginger-nikomi sanma.
Degree of liking ☆3.5/5 ペンギンブルーThe aroma is green fruity like kiwi, maybe lightly.
Smooth texture.
Gentle and elegant sweetness. Fine acidity,
Fresh taste.
The aroma is not too fragrant in the mouth, but is rather reserved.
Moist, light, and delicious.
Taste 4/5 六歓特別純米酒 別誂限定品 生原酒 新たかにはな香る ペンギンブルーSweet aroma with a hint of pickled red shiso.
The mouthfeel is immediately pleasantly dry, with a surprisingly dry, bodied mouthfeel.
There is a green hay-like nuance in the aftertaste.
It has acidity and a good crispness.
Surprisingly good as a food sake.
3.5/5 for my favorite. ペンギンブルーHokkaido is said to be a new line of Hakodate breweries.
The aroma is reminiscent of mellow fruit. A little tomato.
When you drink it, it has a fruity aroma, an astringent texture on the tongue, and a sense of rice.
There is a hint of straw-like smokiness.
The palate is round and classic.
A slightly unusual balance.
It should be paired with a classic entrée.

The sake rice is "En no Mai" and is currently used only by this brewery.
A ladylike sake for Izumo Fuji.

It has a slight melon or mushroom-like austere nuance and depth.
Straightforward pull.
A refined sake.
