Nama sake chemical, vegetable, celery. They said the aroma is common in Honjozo Nama-no-Honshu. When I tried it with a sense of dislike, it wasn't so bad. It has a sweetness that makes it a little nettlesome. But umami. Alcohol and astringency. Combine it with eggs and other ingredients. Not enough to get rid of my dislike for it, but not bad.

Fresh. Crisp and skippy mouthfeel. Slightly chemical and sandy flavor. Dry, youthful rice with a hint of bitterness and a slight astringency. Umami and sweetness at the back of the throat. Crunchy acidity. Light, but with a grainy five-flavor taste. Slightly spicy and refreshing. Good with marinated fresh onion and prosciutto ham. Good with gentle radish stew. I think it goes well with a meal.

Rainfall Afuri KASUMI I don't particularly like pink in my daily life, but for some reason I get excited about pink in alcohol! Like rosé, or the pink ones from Atago's Matsumatsu. It's syrupy and tasty, like a candy ball! And it's low-alcohol!
