It has a nice smell of plenty of rice.
The alcohol in the bottle is sharp and deliciously spicy.
As the temperature drops, the aroma softly fills the mouth,
The overall flavor is a simple sweetness.
Overall, it has a simple sweetness. The hotter it is, the stronger the grain aroma is.
I've never had a sake for heating sake at this restaurant, so it's fresh.
And I think I rather like this brewery.
