The sixth and final type at Parking Kitahama Hakkosho was the first brewery, Hanakoshiji by Murayu Sake Brewery!
Let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it goes down smoothly with a refreshing sweetness.
It has a nice, gentle taste.
The slight acidity makes it easy to drink.
You don't feel much bitterness and the lingering taste is very easy to drink.
The lingering aftertaste is very easy to drink with a slight bitterness.
After a long absence, Parking Kitahama Hakkosho is a good place to enjoy sake slowly.
The third picture is the tomato risotto I ordered at another restaurant.
Now, after eating the risotto, I would like to visit two liquor stores in Minamimorimachi and Morinomiya, and then go to Tanimachi Rokucho where I would like to drink at night!
