The third type of sake at Parking Kitahama Hakkesho is Hakuryu Shuzo's Hakuryu!
KEGDRAFT this time.
Let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma.
In the mouth, I feel sweetness and sourness, but both are mild.
It's also good to have a chili sensation on the tongue.
The lingering bitterness spreads to the back of the throat, giving the impression of a mild yet well-balanced wine.
The fresh aroma is also very nice.
I was also impressed by the beautiful mouthfeel, and it was the most peaceful sake I have ever tasted!

Good evening, ma-ki-san 🌛.
[I've never seen "Hakuryu" KEG in a liquor store other than the one in the Fukui station building ✨.

Thank you very much, Jive!
I haven't been to Parking Kitahama Fermentation since you told me about it, and it was still a fun place to visit 🎵.
The lineup has changed since the last time I was there, and I enjoyed the food 😋.
