ma-ki-The fourth cup of my first KEG DRAFT was Naruto sea bream KEGDRAFTLED by Honke Matsuura Sake Brewery.
So let's have it right away.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
When you put it in your mouth, you first feel the sweetness.
It is fresh and delicious.
There is no pungency, and the lingering bitterness in the second half is also delicious.
Although the taste goes down smoothly, the lingering sweetness is great until the end.
The first 4 bottles are now finished. ma-ki-The third cup of my first KEG DRAFT was Matsuoka Brewery's Mikadomatsu KEGDRAFT Junmai Daiginjo.
I will have it immediately.
There are a few bubbles in the glass.
First, the aroma. There is not much aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it too is a smooth drink.
The sweetness is low, and there is a nice bitterness that goes up to the back of the throat.
The lingering aftertaste has a hint of citrus, which is very refreshing.
So far, this was the driest sake I have tasted so far, and I enjoyed it very much. ma-ki-The second glass of my first KEG DRAFT was a Mitsutake KEG DRAFT Junmai Daiginjo from Mitsutake Shuzojo.
So, let's have it right away.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not very pleasant.
The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink.
The soft sweetness and bitterness go well with food.
The lingering slight spiciness and bitterness that accompanies the food is the best. 

ma-ki-Today, I went to PARKING Kitahama Fermentation, which was told to me by Mr. Jaive, from the opening.
When it opened, it seemed to be a lunch-only restaurant, and I think I was a little out of place because I was alone in a sake drinking contest while everyone else was having lunch 🤣.
The first glass of KEG DRAFT was Garyubai KEG DRAFT Sparkling Clear by Sanwa Shuzo.
I will have it immediately.

Mitsutake Junmai Daiginjo
It has a fresh and fruity aroma like Muscat and LaFrance, and a pleasant mouthfeel.
The slight bitterness in the aftertaste whets the appetite.

A store with a server where you can experience the taste and flavor of "freshly pressed" sake, which can only be experienced at a sake shop by packing freshly pressed sake in a special container.
Raifuku was interested in trying it out because I had already had it at home.
Alcohol content: 16%.
The yeast was not listed, but I guess it was cherry blossom yeast.
The faintly fruity aroma reminded me of elegance.
When you put it in your mouth, a good acidity spreads and a fresh flavor spreads. It is a clean sake with good sharpness and good mouthfeel.
