I drank tonight was tsuzude arabashiri.
The taste has a slightly effervescent mouthfeel, and the umami of the rice is firm and voluminous. Warmed to lukewarm, it has a soft mouthfeel with a gentle sweetness and acidity, with a nice lingering acidity at the end. It is a perfect match for meat and strong flavored dishes.
Tonight we had it at home with yakiniku (grilled meat)! We drank it while eating yakiniku~ The rich rice flavor and mellow mouthfeel go well with beef~!
I also fried the fried chicken using curry powder this evening because it looked so delicious when I saw Hiraccio's curry flavored fried chicken 🐤.
I've never had fried chicken with this flavor before! The spicy aroma is very appetizing! I've never had karaage with this flavor before! Perhaps this is the strongest version of Karaage EX?
Last year I was planning to go to Niigata Sake-no-jin for a drink and to eat half fried food... Not much aroma, fresh mouthfeel with a tangy, fizzy feeling. It has a fruity feel, with a pleasant citrus aroma that fills the mouth. The bitter taste with umami flavor follows. The citrus bitterness gives it a crisp aftertaste. It is so refreshingly dry that it will be gone before you know it 😍.

Mild fruity aroma. Slightly melon-like overtones on the palate. Delicate bubbles on the palate, medium dry, with little sweetness. The taste is very juicy, as is typical of Sawaya-Matsumoto. The elegant umami of rice spreads softly, with a slight bitterness on the back end and a refreshing finish. No sense of maturity, surprisingly fresh! Clear, light, and transparent.
In a word, beautiful.
Can be drunk alone or as a food wine. Thin taste goes well with snacks♪

I chilled it properly to prevent it from spewing out. When I opened the bottle, I saw a sudden rise of cucumber, but it soon settled down. Scary💦.
I drank only the top clearings without mixing the oli. The aroma is relatively mild, with a slight lactic acidic nuance. A strong, shrieky, fizzy sensation can be felt. Then fruity aromas of pear and melon filled my mouth. Dry - Refreshing but not too sweet, with no unpleasant bitterness or acidity. The fruity aroma increases a little when you mix in the oli, and the mouthfeel remains the same. Suki~ I want to drink it again!
Recently, I sometimes have an irresistible craving for fried bean curd. Active nigori sake with karaage and a refreshing petit gas feeling is unbeatable ✌. ヒラッチョsuperbebe.
