There is no sweetness; bitterness is the main taste.
Not pure bitterness, but a subtle and gentle bitterness like grapefruit. As soon as the bitterness comes out, the umami suddenly appears, albeit briefly.
It is drier and cleaner than the aroma suggests. Low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink, and it goes down smoothly.
Emptied in about 20 minutes, regretting that I only bought one bottle 😭.
