Sake with hops added?
Looks interesting...
Three types of hops are used.
The hops used are Nelson Sauvin, Calypso, and Idaho7 Idaho7
Each of these three hops has its own unique aroma and taste characteristics
Nelson Sauvin is characterized by citrus notes such as grapefruit, herbal notes, and tropical fruit notes (fruity notes of Sauvignon white wine).
Calypso is characterized by citrus orange and lime aromas
Idaho 7 features American hops, tropical fruit flavors such as mango and papaya
In fact, it is not the yeast that determines the flavor of this sake, but these three types of hops
Over the character limit!
More thoughts later 🙉.
The production date is wrong from the back label
January 2021❗❓

Hello.
Does it contain hops? Wouldn't that put it out of the category of sake?
Well, it looks interesting...

Good evening, Mr. Goniego.
I don't have a sake manufacturing license.
I make "doburoku" and "other brewed sake".
