It is a light nigori, slightly sparkling unpasteurized sake. At room temperature, fermentation bubbles could be seen in the bottle and it looked very healthy. It was properly chilled and opened carefully and slowly. The aroma is subdued and lightly fruity, with a refreshing tingling sensation on the tongue when drunk. The taste is light and dry with a hint of sweetness and lactic acidity reminiscent of bananas, and the flavor is light and dry with a sense of sake. It has a sharp and clean aftertaste, good for a mid-meal drink~. I had it with cream puffs. w Today's combination is not bad at all, even sweet ones are ok.

Good evening, MAJ. I recently discovered that I actually like eating sweets (especially chocolate), so I experimented.

Good evening, Haruei Chichi. No, no, I happened to buy a cream puff, I tried it w Like you said, the fizziness of the light nigori goes well with the rich cream!

36 days after opening the bottle. Not out of balance at all. More fruity, the original dry impression a little sweeter. It is like pear juice. The alcoholic sensation is also greatly reduced, making it easier to drink.
