YuichiroIf you visit Hosono Shoten in Ageo, be sure to try the ROOM.
This is the only store where you can buy it in Saitama Prefecture.
It has a mellow aroma and flavor. It's delicious enough on its own, so it's not something you'd want to pair with a meal.
I've had it with nuts and cheese and other light snacks😊.
★★★★★ YuichiroIf you want to buy Shinshu Kameari, Hosono Shoten in Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture is recommended. I have the impression that they usually stock a lot of it.
They frequently send out information on Instagram, and I got information about this Yamada Nishiki Daiginjo!
It was a busy time at the end of the year, but when I counted roughly, there were about 50 people who gathered?
I'm glad we were able to purchase it! Thank you Hosono-san!
The important thing is the taste, it's a clear and beautiful sake like water. I often hear people say that it is "easy to drink like water", and this is exactly that.
I'm glad my parents enjoyed it as much as I did!

I had been curious about this drink for a long time and was wondering which one I should have, so I talked to the manager and decided on this seasonal one.
It's the first sweet and sour sake I've had in a while, and I'm a sucker for that kind of thing, so congratulations, it's delicious! I think it's a sake that even wine lovers can enjoy.
It's slippery, and it's got the angularity of an autumn sake.
It's juicy, like you're eating some kind of fruit!
I forgot to write down my impressions as I drank it, and because I drank it so quickly in about three days, I can't remember some parts, but on the second day, the sourness was removed and it became a sweet and delicious sake. It was delicious in its own right, and that's why I drank it right away, but I felt that if the sourness persisted longer, it would be an incredible monster of a sake.
It is a smooth, moderately rich, umami sake, and it is a wonderful sake that shows the potential of the Niida Honke. flos_lingua_est
I knew it would be good because your reviews are all very positive. And this Denshogiku has a particularly good reputation.
Plus, it's always the first recommendation on Sake-no-Wa, and there's never a day that goes by that I don't see it.
To be honest, I'd rather not drink it because I'm an innocent person, but this time I finally got a push from my favorite liquor store and bought it!
It's easy to understand, it's really delicious! That's what I thought when I took a sip! I see why its popularity is soaring!
It's a sweet and juicy sake with a pine-like aroma, similar to Hanayo-Yoku in my opinion. I have the impression that EVOKE and La+ YACHIYO are quite similar.
Despite the sweetness of the sake, the biggest surprise was that it didn't linger. It may sound strange to say it has a sharpness, but it is not persistent. I think I could drink this as much as I want. Thank you very much for the great taste. ヒラッチョHi flos_lingua_est, Good evening🌆
This was delicious👍.
I'm not sure how to describe it. I'm not sure how to describe it, but I'll try. It was a very beautiful sake.
flos_lingua_est
Hi, Mr. Hillacchio.
Good evening.
Have you had this drink? It's delicious! It's a rare sake with a sweet taste that you can never get tired of, and it's a beautiful sake that makes me want to try drinking Kanchiku again! flos_lingua_est
The last Choyo Fukumusume I had was a dry junmai, so I enjoyed its sharp umami, but this limited-edition directly pumped sake is reputed to be delicious, so I have a feeling it will be gorgeously sweet and delicious.
Although it is only a subjective impression, it has an aroma that is often found in popular brands from the Tohoku region. For example, Mutsu Hachisen, Hakuro Suiju, and Tasake.
My impression on the first day of drinking it was that it was a medium saké with a sweet, umami, and bitter taste. Among them, the most surprising taste was bitterness. The bitterness was similar to that of Igarashi Junmai Ginjo. Come to think of it, Igarashi is also directly pumped!
The fresh, crisp, pleasant texture typical of naoikumi and the aforementioned bitterness are unexpected and make this sake something special. It also has a somewhat cider-like taste, which makes it quite complex and tasty.
On the second day, the bitterness disappears and it becomes more approachable. It is also good for those who like sweet drinks.
On the third day, the sourness becomes a little stronger and the taste is sweet, sour, and slightly bitter, which is both delicious and strange.
The manager of Hosono Shoten recommends it, and it was delicious! I think both modern and classic lovers will be satisfied with this excellent product. 亀甲花菱純米 生原酒 無濾過中取り純米原酒生酒中取り無濾過 flos_lingua_est
I've been curious about this brand from Saitama for a long time. When I live in Saitama, I see the name here and there in various places, but it doesn't come true... This time, I was finally able to drink it!
My first impression was that it was like Matsu Midori's Special Junmai! The umami is very strong, and the sweetness doesn't overpower the acidity, so you can drink it without getting bored. The sweetness doesn't overpower the acidity, so you can drink it without getting bored.
However, the umami is more pronounced in this one. According to a certain book that introduces this sake, it is described as "the umami pops like a rubber ball", which at first glance makes no sense, but once you drink it, it becomes somewhat understandable.
On the second day, the acidity receded a little, and the strength of the umami and alcohol (17-18 degrees) became clearer than the day before. After that, the sense of Matsumidori (green pine) becomes more and more distant.
In any case, the strength of the umami comes to the fore, and it should be called umami bakudan. Do you like strong sake? If you do, please try it. It's interesting! flos_lingua_est

It may seem dense compared to Koenigiku, which has a crisp taste, but it's a local sake with character and ability. If you have the chance, by all means! ヒラッチョHello flos_lingua_est😃.
Kamekoharabishi is a rich and delicious sake👍.
I think it is one of the best sake in Saitama prefecture. flos_lingua_est
Mr. Hirakucho.
Hello!!!
I'm with you on this one~.
I think this richness is addictive.
In Saitama, I think Hanayoi, Igarashi, Sairai, and Kameko-Karabishi are the Four Heavenly Kings! ヒラッチョflos_lingua_est, you're right.
That Saitama Four Heavenly Kings, each with their own personality, is a good choice👍.
I think Kamikame is exceptional, and Kagamiyama is also very good. flos_lingua_est
Mr. Hirakucho.
Ahhh! You had Kamikame and Kagamiyama! There was lots of good sake! lol!
Saitama may be a surprisingly good place for sake🤭. flos_lingua_est
kzsh1017.
For some reason, you can't buy Igarashi at the brewery 🥲.
But I think it's delicious, so I want people to try it somehow!
Hosono Shoten also has a lot of good sake! flos_lingua_est
kzsh1017.
I am embarrassed by my ignorance💦
From now on, I want to be proud of Saitama's sake〜.
I'm sorry that I kind of led you on. I hope you can find a store near you that carries it 😥. flos_lingua_est
kzsh1017.
I'm relieved to hear you say that😭.
It's a shop run by a young couple, and it's one of the few places where you can buy a rare brand called ROOM.
It is true that Saitama is full of liquor stores unexpectedly! Igarashi雄町 純米吟醸 無濾原酒 直汲み 瓶燗一回火入れ純米吟醸原酒無濾過 flos_lingua_est
Igarashi is a sake that cannot be bought at the brewery because it is limited to special dealers. We bought it at a place where it takes an hour and a half by car even though the brewery is only a few minutes walk away. LOL!
The aroma of the vinegar isosu reminiscent of a banana. It is an elegant and delicious aroma with a touch of acidity.
The taste is quite thick, but it is moderately ripe and "deep". This is what autumn sake is all about!
The slight bitterness that you feel at the same time is really exquisite, and this is probably the reason why the umami taste is so "deep" that it lingers.
Because of its richness, it is easy to misunderstand that it is quite sweet, but if you taste it carefully, the sweetness is retracted by the strong acidity.
This sourness makes it look like an apple, and it also gives an outline to the flavor.
On the second day, it's a muscat type wine, but it has an interesting balance and is very drinkable.
It's also delicious served cold, but I think apple-like sake is best served cold.
It's somewhat like Miyazumi, and Igarashi is delicious! This autumn sake was an interesting one, with the freshness of direct pumping and the depth of maturity coexisting! のちをHello, flos_lingua_est. Good evening. It looks like we are neighbors. It takes me about ten minutes to get to the brewery by car, so it's a bit far. I'm glad that Igarashi has a good reputation. flos_lingua_est
Mr. Chino.
Hello♪
I didn't know that! I'm kind of happy to know that my neighbors are within this app! Nice to meet you too 😆.
I hope Igarashi will do even better✨. flos_lingua_est
I've seen this sake in a magazine, and I've also seen people posting about it on Sake no Wa, so I was somewhat curious about it. The image I get from the label is that it is a flavorful sake that spreads slowly. In the magazine, it is listed in the Fresh, Modern and Light Sake section.
The aroma on the rise is quite gentle, and although I can't describe it well, it makes me think that it is a beautiful sake. The aroma on the nose is like a gentle flower, and it is not overly broad.
The first thing you feel when you drink it is its freshness. It is the best feature of this sake. Even though it is a junmai-shu, it has no miscellaneous taste and transparency as if it were a junmai-daiginjo. It is easy to drink without any problems. It is much more beautiful than I had imagined.
There is also a hint of cheese and yogurt.
It is a breakdown of sourness, slight sweetness, rather firm rice flavor, and a slight bitterness to balance it out.
When drunk cold, it is quite light and dry, but as it approaches room temperature, the taste opens up. I like it best when it's lightly chilled, but it's also delicious slightly warm.
It is a sake that you will never get tired of, and you can feel the technology of a brewery that has been in business for over 200 years. flos_lingua_est
This is a sake I've been curious about for a long time, and ever since I saw a pop-up at a liquor store that said it went well with a variety of meals, including fried chicken, I've been determined to try it.
The aroma is almost imperceptible, it's what you would call a sake aroma. When you taste it, you can feel some acidity and alcohol. The bitterness is rather strong and the flavor opens up quickly.
Even so, the finish is very crisp and does not drag.
It may be an exaggeration, but it is like a different kind of sake. However, at the end, it has a sharpness that reminds you of the dryness you almost forgot, even if only for a moment.
It would be great if you paired it with a meal like this... Since it is autumn, I paired it with sauteed fish (the price has gone up this year).
It seems to go well with grilled fish in general. And personally, I think the best match is fried food. Karaage is the best!
Cold sake is the best! ハリーMy first Shichiken Sparkling.
Second fermentation in the bottle, light nigori.
Alcohol content 11 degrees
I removed the metal fittings and gently opened the cork.
I opened the cork gently, but the carbonation was strong and I opened the bottle with a sip.
This is the first time I've ever had champagne in a glass.
It's like champagne 🍾 with a lot of bubbles.
The light sweetness and sourness mixed with the deliciousness
I can drink it easily, it's so light❗️.
Today we had grilled chicken, trout sushi
Trout sushi, crab croquettes and mozuku vinegar.
House drinking 102 YuichiroGood evening, Harry sakeboy!
Your appetizer is gorgeous! I drink it with edamame.
I buy it from Hosono Shoten. I also visited there the other day! It's a good liquor store where you can buy Shinshu Kameari, room, etc.! ハリーYuichiro-san, it was really light to drink and it was gone soon. Hosono Shoten, a young couple is doing their best, I still wanted to take a look (^^) YuichiroWe had a Choyo Fukumusume Yamada Nishiki Dry Junmai Sake from Iwasaki Shuzo in Yamaguchi Prefecture.
The reason why I decided to drink this sake was because it was a brand recommended by the staff of Kakinuma Sake Store in a project for the Sake Lab Channel.
I don't remember what the theme was, but I had the name of the brand in my head, so I thought I'd give it a try. So I thought I would try it.
When I had a cup, the aroma was not that strong.
The taste is a little tangy and stimulating on the tongue, and in the middle of the taste, the flavor of the rice rises up and in the latter half, it becomes clean and crisp.
I'm sure this goes well with sashimi! So I paired it with bonito sashimi, and it went perfectly!
I think it's not the bonito sashimi itself, but rather the sake that goes well with soy sauce. So I'm sure it would go well with sushi too!
Crisp, clean, dry, it was a delicious bottle!
Thank you for the treat!
Thank you! YuichiroOn the way back from the liquor store in Okegawa, I visited Hosono Shoten in Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture. It's a newer shop compared to other liquor stores.
I asked the young owner, who is the second generation of the family, "Is there any sake that you don't handle much elsewhere that you want people to try? Is there any sake that you want me to try? He recommended Yachiyo Shuzo's ROOM.
The female brewer at Yachiyo Shuzo was trained at Sumikawa Shuzo, the brewer of Toyo Bijin.
When I did some research, I found that almost 90% of the sake shipped from Yachiyo Shuzo is consumed in Yamaguchi Prefecture, which is why you don't see it in other stores.
I immediately bought some and went home and had a cup, and was surprised at the taste.
Let's say it's the kind of sweet, fruity, dangerous sake that Kai from Sakelab Tokyo would take up.
After the gorgeous aroma, the elegant sweetness spreads. The bitterness is almost non-existent, and the sake is just beautiful! I love it so much! I happened to be drinking Jikin as well, and it was just as good! I was also surprised.
There are only a few stores that carry it, so please visit Hosono Shoten or order delivery and try the ROOM! I recommend it.
★★★★★ ハリーW Aizan 50 Junmai Unfiltered Original Sake❗️
It seems to be a fruity sake.
I found it at the first sake shop I went to.
The Shinshu Kameari also comes in, though it wasn't there today.
Rice polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 17 degrees
A mixture of sweetness and bitterness.
Fruity taste, easy to drink.
It seems to be a good match with Japanese food.
Bonito Tataki, yellowtail kama, seafood fried tofu
Edamame, Natto, Miso mayo dip with kolinky
Because it's hot, light food is good.
Good luck Nippon🇯🇵❣️!

Maa.Harry Sakeboy, good evening 😃🌃
This looks delicious!
The snacks look great and if it goes with these, it's a versatile drink😊. ハリーThank you, Maa. 😊 It's hot and refreshing food is more common in our house.
The Olympic success🏅 makes it even more delicious. flos_lingua_est
San-Chi-Sakura has made tremendous strides since moving to Hokkaido, and the power of NHK is unbelievable...! I was wondering when I was going to drink one of these, but I love muddled sake, so I took the plunge and bought one.
The sticker on the bottle says it's slightly fizzy, but it's very fizzy in its own way. When I opened the bottle, the bubbles started to rise up and I immediately tightened the stopper again... It took me about two minutes to open the bottle, but I was so happy because I haven't had this kind of energetic sake in a long time!
It took me about two minutes to open the bottle. Is it Japanese English?
It has a refreshing citrusy aroma. When you drink it, the citrus acidity, fizziness, and bitterness give you the first impression of grapefruit and squash.
It has a dry mouthfeel with a moderate sweetness. The sweetness comes forward a bit on the third day, but it's (probably) my favorite melon-type sweetness.
It is very good with western food, fried food, Chinese food, and other food with oil and strong taste. kino.Good evening, flos_lingua_est!
I bought one myself!
The spring Aizan Nigori was very sweet, so I'm looking forward to seeing how the summer dryness turns out✨. flos_lingua_est
Hi, kino.!
I didn't get to buy your spring Aisan, but it was sweet! It's so funny how they change the flavor for each season.
I'm looking forward to your review of the summer nigori! へちまstable and delicious
★★★★★ へちまSalty, Calpis-like, not sour, elegantly sweet, carbonated, lightly alcoholic, delicious.
Good sugiBack Mutsu Hassen
They're all turned inside out 😅😅
Ohhhh, so good😋
From fruity
It comes from the sweetness but the umami bitterness and the aroma that goes through the nose
I love it😊!
It's only available at a limited number of stores once a year. "Ura Mutsuhasen Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake".
It is a blend of the first and last parts of the Mutsu Hassen Junmai Daiginjo Nama Omo 50. sugiIt is not handled much.
Kyoto Matsui Shuzo Kamikura
From Arakurugi Nakakumi and Tame
I chose Nakakumi😊.
Most of the sake is consumed in Kyoto and not sold outside of the prefecture.
It has a slight carbonation from the aroma and a delicious dry taste.
17 degrees
And...
That's not all!
The brewery's website says it's a sweet, sour, spicy, bitter and astringent sake.
Delicious😋 sugiI was also interested in the label design.
I've never had this before. It's a wintery brand.
I bought it😊.
The aroma and flavor are very gentle.
It's very easy to drink.
I'm not sure what to do with it
I'm not sure if it's a good idea, but it's a good idea 😅😅. sugiI happened to come across a local liquor store
This is a masterpiece by Kumiko Kaba, the female brewer of Yachiyo Shuzo, who trained at the Sumikawa Sake Brewery, which brews Toyo Bijin.
Manufactured by Toyo Bijin's Sumikawa Sake Brewery☺️
I heard that story and bought support.
The smell... sweet! It's from, but it feels like it's melting away?
It's not dreadful, fruity-sweet. Sweet, but it doesn't leave a residue, easy to drink.
For women who like sweetness, including labels ☺️☺️ RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
