ZooshimaThe fizzy sensation you feel from the moment you open the lid and pour.
Juicy and juicy on the tongue, with a hint of alcohol on the nose.
A pleasant aftertaste that makes you want to have another glass right away あつもりEikofuji Hinowa
They use Yamagata Prefecture's Tsuyahime sake.
It is delicious!
I finished the 4-gallon bottle in one gulp😅.
Thanks for the food tonight! あつもりIt's been a long time since I've posted 😅.
I was told that this is the second Kenaiyama sake from Kangiku Meizou, after 寫樂寫樂.
I was looking forward to drinking it and it is delicious!
I can't believe how much difference the sake rice and the brewing process can make.
It's true! Sake is a mystery, isn't it?
Thank you for the food tonight! flos_lingua_est

I was somewhat curious about this Red, but I am personally attracted to the taste of muddy or cloudy sake with a hint of sake lees. Maybe it's because I like complex flavors that can't be described in one word, or that are too messy.
The cork was blown out! It is a very energetic sake.
It has a tropical aroma that is typical of Kangiku. The aroma is even stronger because I drank it after abe.
The mouthfeel is gentle but lightly stimulating.
The sweetness is also typical of Kangiku. The acidity gives a nice fruitiness, and then functions as an acid that cuts the sweetness. So far, it is an elegant juice. However, the acidity that cuts the sweetness and the umami that appears with the bitterness at the end remind us that it is not a juice.
Kangiku is not a premium sake because there are many stores that carry it, but it has reached that level. If it has too much pineapple flavor, it is not my favorite, but Kangiku has a strong mixed juice flavor, so it is easy to drink as such a sake. Personally, I think it is one of the easiest tropical sakes to drink. アラジンHi, flos_lingua_est 😃Kangiku is indeed a premier sake class delicacy ☺️White sake was delicious, but I still preferred the ogara-mi red one for its complexity and softness 😊. flos_lingua_estHi Aladdin, ☀️
I really wanted to try the WHITE one of the clear sake, but thanks to you I have an image of it lol.
Probably even clearer and cleaner than RED 💡. あつもりI received this from my wife on our wedding anniversary!
Sake and sake cups.
Kangiku's TRUE WHITE had a fresh, gassy mouthfeel and a mellow, spreading, gorgeous flavor 😆.
Thank you.
And thank you for the food tonight. m(_ _)m マルGood evening, Asokumo🌘.
Excuse my comment.
Lovely sake cups😊and the sake is Kangiku.
What a high-sense wife you have ☺️ あつもりMaru, thank you for your comment!
If I tell her your comment about the high sense of style,
Your wife will be very happy😆.
Thank you very much for your comment. ジェイ&ノビィHello, Asokumo 😃
Happy wedding anniversary 🎉A pair of commemorative sake cups would be awesome 🥰This will take your taste buds up a notch 😊. あつもりThank you, Jay & Nobby!
This is the first time I've received a sake cup from my wife and,
I like that they are a pair so we can drink from the same sake cup together 😆.

The toji is doing his best to preserve tradition while thinking about many things☆ It is said to be a limited test brew.
I can understand why the owner of the Hosono store where I purchased it said this is a bad one.
The balance of sweetness and sourness is my favorite!
Sake is great to drink in the evening breeze during this season.
Thank you again for the sake tonight! あつもりFirst time drinking W

This is my first time drinking Dewa-no-sato.
It is a combination of Yamada-Nishiki and Dewa-Sanzan rice!
The freshness, a little gas, and mellow loose feeling is amazing.
It is delicious!
I will be deliciously drunk tonight as well (^o^)
Thank you☆. あつもりAfter this photo shoot, I was told that it was a limited edition sake from Kangiku Meikozo.
After this photo shoot, I had a chance to drink it with my local friends!
Fruity, slightly effervescent, and a firm umami flavor that comes at the end.
It was delicious!
Thank you very much for your hospitality 😆.
あつもりWe had Eikofuji Aizan!
I was told that Aizan is juicy,
I really got that impression!
Sweet and exotic fruitiness
I was drunk with happiness today, too.
Thank you very much. あつもりIbuki is written as "Ippouki".
My favorite sake from Fukushima.
It is a delicious sake with a nice aroma that you can drink more and more! あつもりKangiku Meikozo OCEAN99
Drinking at home with sake purchased at a local liquor store.
When I drank it, I found it to be a delicious sake that fits the comment that it is slightly effervescent, refreshing and juicy!
It's so easy to drink! Igarashi純米酒 山廃仕込み おりがらみ 無濾過生原酒直汲み 細野商店限定60本純米山廃原酒生酒無濾過おりがらみ flos_lingua_est
I've always wanted to try Igarashi's Yamahai! How does it taste like? I'm sure that the combination of Igarashi's strong sake quality and the wildness of Yamahai will make an extraordinary sake... I'm going to enjoy it with a strange sense of excitement that can't be described as a fearful feeling. And it is a Hosono Shoten limited edition oorigarami!
It is slightly sparkling. Therefore, you will feel the energetic taste.
The sweetness is surprisingly moderate due to the strong acidity. While the sweetness is kept in check, the umami is of course strong. It also has a pungent taste, perhaps due to the high alcohol content of 17 degrees Celsius, which gives the impression of drinking sake. It does not have much bitterness, so it may not be like Igarashi.
Overall, it tastes like Igarashi, but the combination of Igarashi-ness and Yamahai-ness makes it very thick.
It is a food sake, but it also has the potential to be enjoyed on its own. It is a fun sake without a calm atmosphere!
By the way, it has all the elements of junmai, unfiltered nama-hara, orikarami, yamahai, and nao kumi, which is funny. あーる酒Good evening, flos_lingua_est 🌙
I'm very interested in the Igarashi Yamahai 👀.
I bought a bottle of Igarashi Junmai Ginjo Green Label at a liquor store that says it has a lot of flavor 😆. flos_lingua_est
Mr. Aaru Sake
Igarashi Junmai Ginjo Green Label is delicious!
The umami is so strong and the bitterness is great!
If you get a chance to try Yamahai, please do 😊✨ みい3I️ heard that Shinshu Kamerei was on sale at my usual liquor store, so I️ went to the store out of the blue.
I've had it at the store, but it didn't make much of an impression on me...
I'll drink it right away!
The aroma is a bit like rice bran.
It has a really refreshing taste with no peculiarities. Not too sweet, not too fragrant, well balanced, just right. It seems to go well with everything and everyone. Maybe that's why it didn't leave a lasting impression😅.
At first I felt a tanginess and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, but as I continued drinking it, it seemed to become milder.
The Daiginjo will be on sale at the end of the year, and I wonder if the taste will be much different - I'd like to try it, but it's too cold for me to stand in line!
If it were more glamorous, I'd stand in line to try it, but as I think about it, the year is about to end 💦.
Additional note: After 3 days from opening the bottle, I feel the mild sweetness has increased! The aroma is more pronounced than when I first opened it.
It's becoming my favorite 🫢. flos_lingua_est
I remember the last time I drank Igarashi's Omachi, a fire-brewed autumn sake that comes out in the fall, and it was quite a profoundly flavorful sake. According to your review on Sake-no-Wa, the raw version is fruity with a hint of pineapple.
The mouthfeel is vigorous, with a shwash that is typical of nao kumi-shu. It has a refined ginjo aroma that is typical of Igarashi. As a sake drinker who likes to drink with food, I would be happy if the ginjo aroma was limited to this level.
Wow! It really is pineapple! Amazing! It's rare to find such a distinct pineapple flavor! Like the hana-yosu, Saitama Prefecture is good at pineapple!
From the moment you taste it, you can feel the well-balanced sweet and tasty acidity. The acidity constantly changes the expression of the sweetness, or rather the strength of the sweetness, making me feel as if the flavor is constantly changing. This is probably the reason why you can drink it without getting tired of it.
It is a food wine that can be enjoyed on its own. It has a more profound taste than Hanaoyukko from the same brewery in Saitama. It is also different from the Jungin Jikkumi from the same brewery, Tenranzan.
It seems that Igarashi has finally reached this level. It is so delicious that I am happy. I recommend it! flos_lingua_est
It's been a long time since I drank Shichiken! I haven't had it in about 5 years! To begin with, I don't have much of an image of sake in Yamanashi because of the wine, but Shichiken is definitely a sake.
The bubbles gently pop in your mouth. It is not too stimulating, but just right.
It has a ginjo aroma, but the aroma is quite weak, so it seems to be drowned out by the smell of the food we ate that day. LOL!
I drank it without mixing the tailings. It is slightly sweet. It also has a sourness that is catchy...but the umami is definitely lacking! It is clearly lacking.
When I mix the tailings... the umami of the rice is added and it is delicious! It also has an aroma similar to that of Shinkame's active nigori. I was amazed at how different the flavors were! I am amazed! Since it is a sparkling wine, take your time when stirring it slowly and gently.
The sparkling mouthfeel and low alcohol content of 11% make it a light sake, but with the added umami from the tailings, it is a well-balanced sake that is delicious to drink. It is a sake that can be enjoyed by beginners as well. Igarashi純米吟醸 Summer Squall 直汲み純米吟醸原酒生酒無濾過 flos_lingua_est
This is a local sake. Recently, I have been drinking a little bit of Igarashi Sake in secret, and while it is a little bit hit or miss, it is quite tasty.
When you drink it, it has a pleasant and elegant ginjo aroma. There are many things that make Igarashi sake good, but I think one of them is its aroma.
It is refreshing and summery. The acidity helps to boost the freshness of the aroma.
It is light, but has a rather decent umami flavor with a hint of sweetness, which is surprising even to amateurs of sake.
The bitter taste, which is typical of Igarashi, seems to make the experts roar from the middle to the latter half of the bottle. There may be people who do not like this bitterness, and if it were eliminated, it could spread nationwide even more quickly than it does now. However, if the bitterness were eliminated, the sake would clearly lose its individuality, and this is exactly what the Igarashi Sake Brewery is all about: individuality! I would like to support this fusion of modern and classic flavors.
Igarashi is still delicious! I would like to try the yellow-labeled Junmai, and next year I would like to try the Omachi Namaizu, which I missed out on this year. ヒラッチョGood evening, flos_lingua_est 🌇.
I see you are a local 👍.
I hope Seibo Gakuen win their first game at Koshien on the 10th.
Aside from that, Igarashi has the potential to go national with one more push❗️ flos_lingua_est
Good evening, Mr. Hiraccio 🌙.
Thank you very much! Actually, it's my alma mater... lol
I hope they win their first game!
It's so unique that it could go all the way depending on how the media picks it up! flos_lingua_est
It is a muddy version of Niidashizenshuu. According to the manager, it was the most popular at a blind tasting. I bought it with high expectations, as I was told that Sakiyami, which I drank last year and enjoyed, was also mentioned as such!
I am sorry that I opened the bottle in spring despite the name "Hatsuyuki," but winter sake tends to be too healthy, so I want to let it sit for a while...
The aroma is lightly fruity. When you drink it, the fizzy sensation lasts surprisingly long, but it is so fine that it almost feels as if it is slightly fizzy.
When the fizziness subsides a little, the sweet and sour fruity aroma and taste come out. The umami taste comes out at the end and makes the drink more satisfying. The bitterness is almost imperceptible.
Also, the acidity intermittently stimulates the taste buds to keep them from getting bored, similar to Matsumidori's special junmai, which I like very much.
Because of its sweet and sour fruity image, this sake has a robust yet light taste...I think everyone likes this flavor.
To personify it, it is a beautiful boy who can be mistaken for a pretty girl. This sake is cute and sweet and sour, but also sometimes makes you think, "Oh, my God! Kaguraにごり「ひそか」無濾過・無加水・生酒原酒生酒無濾過にごり酒 flos_lingua_est
I finally got around to drinking some of that Kamizo I've had my eye on for so long! I tend to shy away from it because of its high price, but I bought it the moment I found it because I really like muddy sake to begin with.
First of all, the top aroma has a ginjo aroma, but the hint of ginjo aroma is only slightly perceptible. This may be why it has a subtle fruity flavor.
I think it has quite a lot of cloudy ingredients, but I was surprised to find that it was smooth and silky rather than thick and smooth when I drank it. I think this contributes to the overall softness.
First, a moderate sweetness appears, then the umami of the rice spreads, followed by a refreshing acidity, and finally it finishes with a bitter taste. The rice flavor from the muddiness of the rice is strong, and it is delicious on its own.
This is one of the most elegant tasting wines I have ever tasted, so in that sense, it was worth the price. flos_lingua_est
I had been wondering what to do next with Kangiku since the Denshogiku Origari was so impressively delicious. When I was looking around the store, I was offered this one, "It just arrived..." This price for 39% polished rice is ridiculously cheap... Holy shit!
When I opened the bottle, it puffed! The aroma on the nose is pineapple-like and sweet.
It's energetic on the palate. It has a soft sweetness, but I don't think it's the type where the sweetness comes rushing forward. That's why it's so easy to drink even though it has the vigorous attack typical of new sake.
However, to be honest, I personally don't like the mouthfeel, aroma, and taste that are often associated with highly polished rice in this new sake.
However!
By the third day, it's more balanced, or the flavors have taken over, and it's getting closer to my liking, and it's pretty damn tasty!
Basically, it's an absolutely delicious sake, no matter who's drinking it!
Basically, it's an absolutely delicious sake for anyone to drink! For people like me who like their sake on fire, with low polish, and with miscellaneous flavors, the best time to drink it is after a few days have passed! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
