San-Chi-Sakura has made tremendous strides since moving to Hokkaido, and the power of NHK is unbelievable...! I was wondering when I was going to drink one of these, but I love muddled sake, so I took the plunge and bought one.
The sticker on the bottle says it's slightly fizzy, but it's very fizzy in its own way. When I opened the bottle, the bubbles started to rise up and I immediately tightened the stopper again... It took me about two minutes to open the bottle, but I was so happy because I haven't had this kind of energetic sake in a long time!
It took me about two minutes to open the bottle. Is it Japanese English?
It has a refreshing citrusy aroma. When you drink it, the citrus acidity, fizziness, and bitterness give you the first impression of grapefruit and squash.
It has a dry mouthfeel with a moderate sweetness. The sweetness comes forward a bit on the third day, but it's (probably) my favorite melon-type sweetness.
It is very good with western food, fried food, Chinese food, and other food with oil and strong taste.

Good evening, flos_lingua_est!
I bought one myself!
The spring Aizan Nigori was very sweet, so I'm looking forward to seeing how the summer dryness turns out✨.

Hi, kino.!
I didn't get to buy your spring Aisan, but it was sweet! It's so funny how they change the flavor for each season.
I'm looking forward to your review of the summer nigori!
