It's been a long time since I've posted 😅. I was told that this is the second Kenaiyama sake from Kangiku Meizou, after 寫樂寫樂. I was looking forward to drinking it and it is delicious! I can't believe how much difference the sake rice and the brewing process can make. It's true! Sake is a mystery, isn't it? Thank you for the food tonight!

first of the sexagenary cycle I was wondering which one to buy, and I decided to compare them here, I bought two bottles and opened them. I'm looking forward to the taste change tomorrow 😆. Unfiltered direct pumping and summer cool sake Junmai Daiginjo It was my first time to drink summer cool sake, but I see it is fire-quenched once. Mellow and soft taste 😆. Unfiltered is crisp and tight! Both are delicious☆! Thank you for dinner tonight!

Koshi written Kinoene Iinuma Honke, Inba-gun, Chiba Prefecture, founded in 1688 The toji is doing his best to preserve tradition while thinking about many things☆ It is said to be a limited test brew. I can understand why the owner of the Hosono store where I purchased it said this is a bad one. The balance of sweetness and sourness is my favorite! Sake is great to drink in the evening breeze during this season. Thank you again for the sake tonight!

After this photo shoot, I was told that it was a limited edition sake from Kangiku Meikozo. After this photo shoot, I had a chance to drink it with my local friends! Fruity, slightly effervescent, and a firm umami flavor that comes at the end. It was delicious! Thank you very much for your hospitality 😆.

I found a drinkable size at Shinagawa station, I was excited to go home 😆. I drank too much for a four-pack, but two 300ml bottles are just right, but two 300ml bottles would be just right. I go home late on weekdays, but I have an irresistible urge to drink sake, so I sealed up my weekend purchase. It is a simple and tasteless sake, which is said to be a supernatural sake! It has a different atmosphere from the SENGOKU I have drunk so far.
