I brought home some autumn sake that I had left in the fridge at work. The aroma is citrus itself. Grapefruit, just like the label says. When I took a sip, I said it was sour. But on the second sip, you can taste the sweetness. This is Tobiraizumi. The aftertaste is a mixture of astringency and umami. It is perfect for strong snacks. I'll buy it again next year.

I bought it with the last bottle of Genmai. Nigori sake from Kawanakajima Apparently, 30% of this brewery's production is this. Local people say it's a staple sake. Takeda and Uesugi forces at the Battle of Kawanakajima It's a pure rice sake to relieve fatigue ❗️. It's been a while since I bought it, but I finally opened the bottle. The sound of the sip and the freshness of the sip make me think it's fresh sake. After all, Sei is delicious! In conclusion, it was very similar to Suidama's Tokujun and Abe x Ozaki. LOL! Here comes the Genmai I've been wanting to drink❣️. I want to visit the oldest sake brewery in Nagano or something like that😊. I'm not sure if this is a good idea I'll be back! I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm also waiting for the Kawanakajima nigori 😀. Rice polishing ratio 59 Alcohol content 16 degrees Sake content: -3 When the bottle is opened, it has a nice warm aroma. In the mouth, it has a sweet taste like muscat. On the palate, it has a muscat-like sweetness, followed by a light bitterness, a taste for adults 😀. I've been wanting to try this since it was recommended to me by the Sake no Wa app 😅 Kinmon Nishiki is a Nagano rice that is often used as a local rice along with Yamanishiki, Miyamanishiki and Hitogochi. Mikotsuru was also used 😀.

11/24-30 I got the information on SNS that Sake Chiteno will open a shop at Ikebukuro Seibu Department Store, and I visited there in a hurry during my lunch break. I was able to purchase the limited edition Shiboritate Unfiltered Raw Sake Kawanakajima Genmai from the Seibu Ikebukuro store. Even though it was a weekday afternoon, there were always a few fans swarming around, and the fridge that could hold dozens of bottles was more than half empty... I thought I wouldn't be able to buy it if I came here on Saturday or Sunday, so I wondered if I should buy a few bottles, but this time I held back with just one bottle because of the space in the fridge. It's a special brew, so you can buy it for around 1300 yen, and it comes in department store quality packaging... The initial aroma was a slight green apple-like fruitiness... The mouthfeel is banana? Pineapple? The mouthfeel is sweet like a banana or pineapple, with a good acidity and bitterness, followed by a strong alcohol feeling and a long aftertaste. It is said that Kozaemon came to Seibu Ikebukuro, and I bought it immediately. The person at the brewery highly recommended this Hatsu-Shibori raw sake. It's only available at Seibu Ikebukuro. When I poured it into a glass, there were many bubbles. When you take a sip, you can smell pineapple, apple, and a strong sense of gas. This is good. The sweetness and acidity are both pretty clean, and it's drier than I expected. The aftertaste is just a little bitter, and it kicks off refreshingly. It was a great answer to the recommendation. The taste is so good that you can't stop drinking it. I'm going to buy another bottle tomorrow.

Purchased at the sales meeting this month. On the first day of opening the bottle, the aroma is relatively mild. Weak apple. The sweetness is not that strong and there is some sourness. However, the bitterness can be felt, and the bitterness lingers in the aftertaste. I was expecting it to be gorgeous, sweet, fruity and a little spicy, but it was actually dry. But when the temperature rose, the pineapple aroma and refreshing sweet and sour taste came out at once. The bitterness is also gone. I wonder if it is mild and refreshing for Genmai. I bought it at the brewery sales event in Seibu Ikebukuro. After opening the bottle, when I put my nose near the mouth of the bottle, I smelled natto. Well, what kind of taste is it? My friend brought me a bottle of Eikoh-fuji's Sake Mirai, and I'm guzzling it down! He bought it last month when the brewer came to the Seibu department store in Ikebukuro to hold a sales event! I loved Sake Mirai, so my favorite [Eikoh Fushi✕ Sake Mirai] is definitely one of them! When I took a quick sip, the mellow sweetness and umami of Eikoh Fuji hit me hard, but then the bitter aftertaste was very complex and delicious! I bought it at the event in Ikebukuro Seibu. I was so excited to have a chance to talk with the president of Saint! I wish I hadn't hesitated to have my picture taken with him. When I think about it, I've drunk a lot of Sei, but this was my first time to try Hizirizm! The label is made of felt fabric, and it's so rich and gorgeous! I'm excited even before I drink it! The aroma is not that strong, which I like. The sourness, umami, bitterness, and sweetness come out in sequence as you drink it, and it's like a story. The sweetness is elegant and gentle! In fact, it has the density and vigor of unfiltered nama-gara straight from the tank, but it's strange that it has a gentle mouthfeel! Some people might say it's half-baked. LOL! The second day is more full of flavor and I'm liking it more and more. I can't believe that Sei's Ikkan has come this far. It has reached the level where you would be convinced if you were served it as a premium sake. I've always preferred the fast brewing version of Sei, but from now on, it may be the right choice for both!

I heard that they brought the remaining Muga from the brewery. When you take a sip, you can smell the muscat aroma and feel the gas in the mouth. It is a good start.
