It is said that Kozaemon came to Seibu Ikebukuro, and I bought it immediately.
The person at the brewery highly recommended this Hatsu-Shibori raw sake. It's only available at Seibu Ikebukuro.
When I poured it into a glass, there were many bubbles. When you take a sip, you can smell pineapple, apple, and a strong sense of gas. This is good.
The sweetness and acidity are both pretty clean, and it's drier than I expected.
The aftertaste is just a little bitter, and it kicks off refreshingly.
It was a great answer to the recommendation. The taste is so good that you can't stop drinking it. I'm going to buy another bottle tomorrow.
