I brought home some autumn sake that I had left in the fridge at work.
The aroma is citrus itself. Grapefruit, just like the label says.
When I took a sip, I said it was sour. But on the second sip, you can taste the sweetness. This is Tobiraizumi.
The aftertaste is a mixture of astringency and umami.
It is perfect for strong snacks. I'll buy it again next year.
