Oh, you are a turtletay list🐢💕🎶.
Thanks for your quick use of the ministry 🤣.
The sake feeling may be due to the unexpected manzada. 😅 ハリーGood evening, T.KISO. Yes, I used the Turtle Taylist🐢 😀 after a rest day so I felt good going around😅. 遥瑛チチGood evening Harry Sakeboy 🌇.
I didn't know mansaku had such a unique label ❗️.

The i-Sake project collaborates with sake breweries in Iwate Prefecture to sell RondoIwate brand sake. i-Sake is the third project following Tsukinowa Sake Brewery (Shiwa-machi) in 2020 and Kikunosa Sake Brewery (Morioka City) in 2021, and the first to sell sake from the coast, Drunken Sake Brewery (Rikuzen Takata City) (1) The company has partnered with the
The sake rice, "Ginga Ginga," is Iwate Prefecture's sake rice, which the students of the i-Sake Project planted and harvested from rice planting to rice harvesting. The yeast is "Giovanni's Research" and the koji mold is "No.36" developed by Iwate Prefecture, all brewed with ingredients from Iwate. The students' vision of "a taste for young people" has resulted in a junmai ginjo sake with an aroma and a mellow mouthfeel that is recommended for those who are just starting out in the world of sake. SatomiI had it with grilled chicken 😋.

Yeast: Yamagata yeast disryNow that the black bottle was out, I hurriedly brought home a brown bottle from the company refrigerator and opened it.
The aroma was of sweet grapes. It's quite pungent. A little gassy.
Sweetness ahead. The sweetness is not too strong. Sourness is mild.
The aftertaste is short and refreshing, although it has a strong bitterness and umami taste.
I thought it would be a relatively sweet sake, but it has a perfect balance that goes well with meals. I wonder if the black bottle is still available... Mark0795First time in Ooshichiki!
Last year's birthday 🎁🎂 was a present from my brother who lives in Tokyo.
Sent to me with an Aizu Commander 🎵.
It seems to have been matured at low temperature, so it doesn't have much aroma.
It was a Junmai Daiginjo sake with 50% polished rice.
Beautiful acidity and a bit of bitterness... maybe there should be some.
The sweetness was moderate, and the aftertaste after drinking was dry✨.
I wanted to drink dry sometimes, so it was just right w
It's delicious! ⤴️
Actually...
I was actually going to open Mitsui no Kotobuki's active nigori instead of this one, but the blowout was so half-assed that I had to let off a little gas and give up 😢️⤵️⤵️.
I'll see if I can open it tomorrow😅. ゆかちんI'm not sure if you're referring to the opening of the Nebe bottle or not. I'm sure you'll be able to find something that works for you. Mark0795Good morning, Yukachin 🎵.
Oh yeah, I meant Neve😅.
I'd like to open a bottle slowly. disryI bought this when Kozaemon's warehouse came to Seibu some months ago. I let it mature in the refrigerator of the company for a long time.
It has a pineapple aroma that is typical of Kozaemon. Weak gas feeling.
The sweetness is mild and the sourness is firm. However, the impression is surprisingly refreshing.
The aftertaste is a weak bitterness, and the finish is smooth and crisp.
I admire the character of Kozaemon, but I also wish it had a little more richness and umami. Mark0795Happy New Year ✨1977 ✨!
I look forward to working with you in the New Year (*- -)(*_ _)Pekori
The first drink of the new year is a sake from Fukushima, a gift from my brother.
Aizu Nakasho Junmai Daiginjo Tokujoshu (Special Sake)
It is fruity but not too sweet. Aizu Nakamasa Junmai Daiginjo Tokujyo is a fruity but not too sweet sake that goes well with Osechi (Japanese New Year's dishes).

I'm looking forward to working with you again this year! Mark0795Happy New Year to you, takeshon!
🙇️I'm looking forward to working with you again this year!
This kitten is only 8 months old 😅. disryI bought it at the sales meeting in Seibu. I opened a bottle belatedly.
It has a gorgeous aroma like a pear or a grape. It also has a nuttiness unique to Genmai.
The dark sweetness is unique to Genmai. You can feel the sourness behind it, so it is not unpleasant.
The aftertaste is sourness and bitterness. The bitterness is less than the usual Genmai, so it is easy to drink.
It goes well with pumpkin gratin for dinner. It seems to go well with creamy and salty foods. disryWe were very happy to buy some good liquor from this morning. Thanks to that, the refrigerator was full. I wondered if I could free up some space, and I found a forgotten small bottle in the seasoning box...
I opened a bottle I'd bought at the previous Kawanakajima Fair in Ikebukuro Seibu. It was the most difficult bottle I've ever had to open, and I struggled for almost half an hour. By the time I opened it, it wasn't so cold anymore.
It already has a nice aroma while opening it, and when you actually drink it, the sweet and delicious rice aroma goes through your nose.
The sweetness comes first. It is a very mellow sweet taste. Then the sourness tightens the taste. This is delicious.
It finishes with a lingering sense of umami. A sense of euphoria.
I'm sad that it's a drinkable size, so I'll have to finish it soon... Next time I find it, I'll definitely buy it. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
