disryWe bought this at the Tobiraizumi sales event. My own image of Tobiraizumi is that it is a slightly perverted sake, so I was very nervous when I opened the bottle.
Oh, this is drinkable.
The aroma is caramel, dried grapes, and lactic acid. I was surprised that it was close to the Soga I drank the other day.
As soon as you taste it, the sweetness spreads to your tongue. It is not a fruity sweetness, but a rich sweetness like honey. There is acidity, but it enhances the sweetness. There is no gas feeling.
The aftertaste is unexpectedly quick and crisp. There is almost no bitterness, and the sweetness does not remain on the tongue.
It is a sake that can be enjoyed with food. However, it goes best with chocolate. ふとくぼ🔰Aroma of melon. In the mouth, it is sweet and fruity, but it is more moderate than usual Eikoh-fuji. I think so. It's just compared with other Eikoh-fuji. In addition to the moderation, it is refreshing because it is crisp and clear with bitterness. It's delicious. disryThis is one of the series that I had missed buying.
About two weeks ago, I suddenly came across it at Ikebukuro Seibu.
It was lined up with the Red Diamond, which was delicious, and after much deliberation, I bought this Haruka.
The aroma is fruity, with a hint of apple and pineapple.
The sweetness and acidity are well balanced.
There is a slight sense of gas.
The sweet acidity can be felt continuously until the aftertaste, but the sweetness remains a little in the aftertaste.
Nevertheless, it is clean and crisp.
Although it is sweet overall, it is not as sweet as the Beyond X or Ocean 99 of the other day.

It's the best of both worlds: sweet and sour, then dry and thick 😋 It goes well with meat, and when paired with the tare liver yakitori that I bought at the sake brewery Riki, the flavor of the sake and the lingering 👍.
