disry
Taking advantage of the fact that I'm off until tomorrow, I opened a bottle of unseasonal Musa at this hour.
I bought this bottle when Tatenogawa came to Ikebukuro Seibu. I heard that they brought the remaining Muga from the brewery.
When you take a sip, you can smell the muscat aroma and feel the gas in the mouth. It is a good start.
It has a mild sweetness and a clean acidity. It is fresh and refreshing, not the fruity and heavy feeling typical of Tatenogawa. In a good way, I was surprised.
The sourness continues until the aftertaste, and the bitterness comes at the end and finishes.
The taste exceeded my expectations, and I can't sleep yet. Let's drink one more.
