Here comes the Genmai I've been wanting to drink❣️.
I want to visit the oldest sake brewery in Nagano or something like that😊.
I'm not sure if this is a good idea
I'll be back!
I'm not sure what to make of it.
I'm also waiting for the Kawanakajima nigori 😀.
Rice polishing ratio 59
Alcohol content 16 degrees
Sake content: -3
When the bottle is opened, it has a nice warm aroma.
In the mouth, it has a sweet taste like muscat.
On the palate, it has a muscat-like sweetness, followed by a light bitterness, a taste for adults 😀.
Today, I enjoyed it with garland chrysanthemum and enoki mushroom namuru, omelet
and cream cheese with sake-kasu
I eat it

Good evening, Harry Sakeboy!
Wow, that's nice❗️.
It's so cool!
I don't go to department store special sales at all, and they're usually not even held in local cities💦.

Mr. Harry Sakeboy Good evening!
I went to Seibu-Ikebukuro too!
I guess the light bitterness is the running taste ⤴︎︎.
I should have bought some ✨Special Junmai ✨ too⤵︎

Good evening, Hilacchio-san, your information is helpful 😀 I thought it was in Ikenishi, so when Kami went there, I called her on the line and asked her to copy the shelves 😀 I heard it's selling well.

I can't believe you can get Genmai at Seibu! 😲I'm sure it must be really delicious 〜〜♪ I've never heard of Kinmon Nishiki before, but it's a famous sake rice in Nagano🤔.

I've been wanting to try this since it was recommended to me by the Sake no Wa app 😅 Kinmon Nishiki is a Nagano rice that is often used as a local rice along with Yamanishiki, Miyamanishiki and Hitogochi. Mikotsuru was also used 😀.
