This Sake is sweeter than Jikon and has a full mouth feel. The flavor is melon is slightly acidic for a clean finish. A great Sake to end the evening! 😁

Jikon Hakutsurunishiki blue label. This Sake is bright and a little tart. There is the flavor of melon, and very clean finish.

To start the evening I had Nabeshima. It is slightly effervescent and has a light mouth feel. There is the flavor of green apples and a short clean after taste. Refreshing and delicious way to start the evening.

They recommend room temperature, so I tried it and... it's so easy to drink. I don't feel the bitterness peculiar to sake! I can drink it easily. ★★★★☆ 4/5

At first, it has a matt sweetness to it. The aftertaste has a touch of Japanese sake, and it is generally easy to drink. ★★★☆☆☆☆ 3/5

Apple Fruit, light body, semi dry,, medium acidity. Will cleanse your pallet when paired with oily foods.

I am not a fan of nogori zake but this has changed my mind. Effervescent, sweet yonashi (pear) and a hint of white peach, great balance with fruit and alcohol.

Rich taste which reminds me of a resiling wine. The mouth feel is light and only in the front of my pallet. Flavors of pear and a light sweetness. This Sake does not disappoint.
