I was curious about JIKI Minami 2-jo on SNS. I was able to make a reservation, so I rushed out to the restaurant. I was guided to the first counter. I asked for the all-you-can-drink course. There are many famous sake in the cold storage! We were told that we could drink as much or as little as we wanted from the 18 types of sake available here! Let's start with Nabeshima! There are two kinds of sake, but the Jun Dai is sold out! Then let's try Blossoms Moon, which I've never had before! It's a fruity sake with a calm taste! Natsuda Fuyukura with Kimuraya's Iburi Gakko cheese. The aroma is inviting, like candy, yet fragile, the starry night sky, the flavor is understated but still present and stimulating 😋🍶, and the iburigakko is delicious and chewy 😋✨. Two people, looking at the night sky, shoulder to shoulder... you know what I'm talking about? Can you understand it?
