☆☆☆☆☆ The aroma is crisp, with a hint of sweetness just before sipping, but when you drink it, the sweetness is not too strong, and it goes down smoothly and with a subtle sharpness. Probably the type of sake that will be gone soon. Today, I feel that the aroma is not too strong and the sweetness is not too strong, but it is refreshing with a slight bitterness and sourness. Is it because of my physical condition or because it just happened to be that kind of sake?

☆☆☆☆☆ Slightly crisp and dry, but not too assertive and disappears without a hitch. It also has a slightly tangy aroma. The initial dryness may be a bit of a distraction, but I think it's more suited for eating. It's well put together. I have drunk Kuromatsu Senjo several times, but I don't remember what it was like, so I can't compare it with other brews.

☆☆☆☆☆ Midorikawa itself is hard to find in a few stores. This is the first time. The aroma is very strong, and the mouthfeel is exactly as it should be, but it soon turns into a refreshingly mellow and refreshing drink. The impression of the aroma seems to change depending on the sake cup and the distance from the sake. However, with a wine glass with a slightly narrowed mouth, I felt a strong twang when I brought my mouth close to the glass. It disappears when the nose enters the glass, which is a wonder.

I don't know if it's because this restaurant has a slightly higher temperature than others or what, but I wonder if it's my imagination that I feel a slight maturity behind the clean, refreshing taste.

It also has umami, so it may be well-balanced. 7: Slightly more refreshing than 6, with a stronger bitterness, but overall, very clean. 8: It reminds me of a slightly sweet and sour type. The aftertaste disappears quickly, so it seems a bit bland. You can tell the difference when you compare them like this, but you might not be able to tell the difference if you drink them normally.

☆☆☆☆☆ I see that autumn sake is already available. The acidity is typical of Yamahai, and the heaviness is different from summer sake. I rather like this kind of sake. I think it will have a different impression if you drink it a little later in the season when it is chilly. However, it is usually delicious regardless of the season.

☆☆☆☆☆ A different strain from Hachisen. I remember drinking too much jyopari at a snack bar in Hirosaki and got into a lot of trouble. I'm not sure how summery it is, but I think it's refreshing. It is a beautiful jyobari. I want to go back to Hirosaki around the time of cherry blossoms or Neputa.
