I see that autumn sake is already available.
The acidity is typical of Yamahai, and the heaviness is different from summer sake. I rather like this kind of sake.
I think it will have a different impression if you drink it a little later in the season when it is chilly.
However, it is usually delicious regardless of the season.
Rather more solid than the usual phantom dance. I personally like it. Sweet fruity is good, but I like the +α.

Apple Origami.
It's a nice, slightly refreshing, apple sweetness and the mellowness of the orikarami are in good harmony.

It's been a very long time since I've had Gobashi. I remember it being a bit drier than I expected, but it is a delicious sake with a good balance of acidity and sweetness. It is delicious.

Yuzu sake. It was a liqueur.
It's good as juice. It's good to drink something like this once in a while.
This restaurant is owned by a master from Hirosaki, so it is an Aomori attack.
At first I thought it was a little peculiar, but it is rather tasty.
18 degrees. Maybe better on the rocks.
I was talking to the guy next to me and forgot to write it down.
Anyway, it's delicious.

A different strain from Hachisen. I remember drinking too much jyopari at a snack bar in Hirosaki and got into a lot of trouble.
I'm not sure how summery it is, but I think it's refreshing. It is a beautiful jyobari.
I want to go back to Hirosaki around the time of cherry blossoms or Neputa.
A delicious summer sake with a typical Hachisen flavor.
A ginjo-shu with a clean sweetness that spreads fleetingly. This is a good summer sake.
Lured by the name. If you have good salmon, you need good booze!
I don't eat salmon, but I need good booze anyway! Good sake I think.
Oshogashi sake. Slightly acidic. But mellow.
Aha, Omachi. Your future is in Gozenshu.
I've recently flirted with Aizan and Yamane Nishiki, but Oumachi is delicious.
Usually delicious. Sorry for the messy impression.
When I choose at Sake no Wa de, it will be tagged as a sake yeast, is that right? It doesn't feel like it, but I don't know how to taste the raw yeast in the first place...
It's not bad, like a slightly aged romance.

Pink was the color of the bottle.
Slightly light. My personal rough impression is that Saku is dry and Ueda is sweet. Then, what about Komoro? It is a sake just like it sounds. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
