☆☆☆☆☆ Yummy stuff. I don't think I've ever seen a black label like this before. Delicious and does not disappoint! Looking back at past check-ins, I noticed that the labels for the Yamahai Junmai were much darker. I guess I felt uncomfortable because the bottle color is not green.

☆☆☆☆☆ Continuing the dry sake discussion. It is true that it has acidity and makes you think it is dry, but the aftertaste is sweet. Rather sweet. Rather sweet. It gives the impression of a sweet-tasting sake. Personally, I think the dry sake problem will continue to be a problem in the future as well as the summer sake problem. To each his own.

☆☆☆☆☆ I was drinking Honkin Light Nigori a while ago, but I missed posting it when I was talking to the guy at the store😅. It has a rather robust taste with a slightly sharp aftertaste. We were talking about dry sake and he said this was rather dry, but everyone has their own perception. It is also rather sweet. It is usually delicious.

☆☆☆☆☆ I'm not sure if I haven't had a drink recently, since there are rather many places where you can drink. Nouveau of the crop. Fresh as new sake. It is slightly tangy with a hint of bitterness, but that may be because my throat is parched after a workout. There is a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste, but picture-wise, it is a refreshing sake.

☆☆☆☆☆ A little crisp and dry. The aroma is rather refreshing. It has the umami of rice, which is typical of junmai. It's been a while since I've had something like this, since I've been drinking only the more characteristic Honkin. It's just plain delicious. Well, when it comes to heated sake in Suwa, I'm a big fan of Takaten Karakuchi or Karakuchi Taichi, so there are other tastes besides the challenging ones. Oh, is it challenging because it is a hanpukai sake? I don't know.

☆☆☆☆☆ It's been a while since I've had Matsu no Tsukasa ゙ too? It's a sake with a fresh yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. The first one is a bit more robust than the last one, so it's close to this one. And this lineage is also ゙definitely delicious.

☆☆☆☆☆ I'm eating sekogani crab, so I decided to go with a sake from the Sea of Japan side of the island. I had Haneya and Midorikawa, but this was it. A solid dry sake. It doesn't suit the wine glass style of this restaurant, and I'd like to warm it up a bit, but it's delicious. Not sure if it goes well with crab. Last year I could not eat any crab, but this year I could conquer Kabako, Seiko, and Seko. Please don't say they are all the same.
