Ah, a good sake to finish off with, slightly sweet type.
It doesn't have a lot of impact, but it's tasty.
I think it could be a little more assertive. I mean, it was supposed to be a closing drink, but it wasn't enough and I feel like having another one.
The quiche it is paired with is very tasty.
