Oshibari Sake. Is it light and crisp? I can't really tell from the first sip.
I don't think it's sweet.
They say it's delicious. Honkin
A little crisp and dry.
The aroma is rather refreshing. It has the umami of rice, which is typical of junmai.
It's been a while since I've had something like this, since I've been drinking only the more characteristic Honkin. It's just plain delicious.
Well, when it comes to heated sake in Suwa, I'm a big fan of Takaten Karakuchi or Karakuchi Taichi, so there are other tastes besides the challenging ones.
Oh, is it challenging because it is a hanpukai sake? I don't know.
It's been a while since I've had Matsu no Tsukasa ゙ too?
It's a sake with a fresh yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. The first one is a bit more robust than the last one, so it's close to this one. And this lineage is also ゙definitely delicious.
It feels like it's been a long time since I've seen a spring deer.
Was it like this? It's a solid sake with a slightly matured taste. It's dry, but the lingering aftertaste is somehow smooth while retaining a sense of maturity. Delicious.
I'm eating sekogani crab, so I decided to go with a sake from the Sea of Japan side of the island.
I had Haneya and Midorikawa, but this was it.
A solid dry sake. It doesn't suit the wine glass style of this restaurant, and I'd like to warm it up a bit, but it's delicious. Not sure if it goes well with crab.
Last year I could not eat any crab, but this year I could conquer Kabako, Seiko, and Seko. Please don't say they are all the same.
It has a sweet and slightly sour taste. It's also slightly dry thanks to the acidity, so it doesn't interfere with food that much. It is delicious.
A gift from another customer.
The aroma is gorgeous with a hint of sweetness, and when you put it in your mouth, a slight sourness comes and changes to sweetness.
It is delicious. Hoka

It is refreshingly sweet. It's delicious.
This is the second case after drinking Kame no Kai, Zenkichi, Kuroemon XVI, and Daishinshu.
I got drunk last week and had an accident, so today was supposed to be moderate, but I can't stop 😰.
It's sweet and fruity but not too sweet and easy to drink, so it's good for the first drink at the second party.
Now, will I make it home today without dying?
This is the first time for me to try Kurei's Orikagami.
I opened my mouth. The aroma is very gorgeous. The aroma is slightly sour. It is a little different from Kurei, which I often drink.
The taste is also acidic and refreshing. The lees flavor is also present in the back, and it is easy to enjoy. It is delicious.
First restaurant, Genmai, Tsukiyoshino, Zenkichi, and the second restaurant after drinking Kuroemon Juroemon XVI at Mokkiri.
mikami, which we visited last week as well. The master, who is from Hirosaki, brings out "Takekimimi" every year, so we come here to enjoy drinking it.
I think it has a strong sourness and a tangy taste for a pre-dawn drink, but it's just delicious. So this is the kind of pre-dawn drink they serve. It's good. It's a very good sake.
Malic acid high producing yeast. I'm not sure but I think it's a sour type? But it's low al and less sour. It's not very drinkable, but I think it's something that will catch on.
The aroma is a little alcoholic, but it's nice and refreshing. Good as a food wine.
It's the type that runs out quickly.
Aroma: Yamahai, Taste: Yamahai, complex sweet and sour.
I don't dislike this kind of sake, though there are more and more of them lately. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
It's a little too refreshing, so I want something heavier with a stronger Yamahai flavor! It is a sake that makes me think, "I want a heavier sake with a stronger Yamahai flavor! Maybe it's just me? ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆
Local sake Toyooka. I haven't had much of this sake in a while. Slightly sharp and dry sake. Well, it's delicious.
Something a little expensive, Hidakami.
When you put it in your mouth, you feel a sourness? It seems to disappear quickly after that, leaving behind some umami.
I think the umami is stronger than that of hikakimi, but maybe that's just my imagination.
Sour and refreshing. The aftertaste is complex with a slight bitterness and a slight sweetness.
The longer I drink it, the less sour it becomes. Delicious.
Today's appetizer is Toyo Bijin.
