Slightly crisp and dry, but not too assertive and disappears without a hitch.
It also has a slightly tangy aroma.
The initial dryness may be a bit of a distraction, but I think it's more suited for eating. It's well put together.
I have drunk Kuromatsu Senjo several times, but I don't remember what it was like, so I can't compare it with other brews.
