The aroma is crisp, with a hint of sweetness just before sipping, but when you drink it, the sweetness is not too strong, and it goes down smoothly and with a subtle sharpness.
Probably the type of sake that will be gone soon.
Today, I feel that the aroma is not too strong and the sweetness is not too strong, but it is refreshing with a slight bitterness and sourness. Is it because of my physical condition or because it just happened to be that kind of sake?
