HIROKI special junmai kasumi nama sake. I bought it at the end of the year to drink at the beginning of the new year, I bought too many other sakes and ended up buying 💦 in mid-January. Hatsu Shibori-Kasumi Sake. It is one of my favorite sake of Hiyoroki. I have different tastes though, Tobiroki is not that premier 💦.

Aizu Miyazumi Junmai Nigori Namaishu. Sold out 💦 everywhere. Sold out💦 everywhere I managed to get the last bottle at my favorite place ❤️ It was a No. 4 bottle, but it was 👌 anyway. It tasted like ramune and had a fizzy feeling. I want to drink Miyazumi's nigori every year. It's a good drink, but both are different and tasty: ❤️

Kangiku Hashu Honor 50 -Horizon Junmai Daiginjo-Ultra-limited, unfiltered, raw sake. Hashu Homare used in Jyushiyo. A little different from the usual Kangiku 🤔. But still Kangiku❤️ Hashu Honor is peculiar but tasty ❤️

Hououmida Junmai Daiginjo Akahan special, Kasumi unfiltered honkaku. The annual Aka-han special at the end of the year. Kasumi sake is also available. Fruity and ginjo-like, I felt it was a bit strong sake on the first day. Hououmida is delicious 🥰.

Nozomu Splash Junmai Daiginjo Nao Kumi Nama. This is actually my first sake from Tochigi. I had wanted to try it, I happened to find Nozomu at a liquor store I usually go to. The aroma reminds me of LaFrance. Citrus 🍊 taste, fruity and delicious. ❤️ I can't explain it well, but it's juicy and delicious.

寫樂 Junmai Ginjo Tojo Yamadanishiki. Since it's the end of the year, we had to splurge a little on a bottle. ❤️ It is made from Tojo Yamadanishiki, a rare variety. Very clean and refreshing. I have never felt that 寫樂 is always so clean and strong. I have never felt a strong sense of sake. It's delicious. ❤️
