100% Akaban Omachi rice is used. Sweet and juicy with a yogurt-like aroma. The sweetness comes on quickly, but the aftertaste is deep and rich. At first, I thought the sweetness might bore me, but as I drank it, the umami flavor came through and I was not bored at all. It is very tasty.
