Purple Space is growing in popularity: ⁉️ It is not yet as hard to find locally as Akabu, but it is definitely selling well. So, the annual challenge tank is the extremely sweet "Cotton Candy Label" with 9 degrees alcohol and -50 sake. Hi, this is not sake. ❗️ and it is so alcohol-free that I can almost say it is not sake (it has a slight aroma), a level at which my wife, who hates sake, can enjoy it. It has a sweetness like Japanese sweets and at the same time a sourness like grapes. It is indeed sweet, but thanks to the acidity that accompanies it, it is not too persistent and does not make you tired of drinking it. I would like to have another bottle, but it seems to be a limited edition, so I doubt it will be available anymore. I hope it will become a regular item next year. Sake is a very deep 🤔.

I did manage to get the Sake Mirai that hit the store shelves today! This is my first post in a year. It's not that I haven't been drinking. In fact, I drink more than I used to. I guess it's called social networking fatigue. For the first time, the cork flew out (and hit the ceiling). So fresh, of course, and tasty. The youthful acidity gives the impression of new beginnings and departure. It is 3.11, but tomorrow (today already) is the second semester entrance exam, and the father will drink it to repose the soul of 11 years ago and to wish his son good luck. This time, let the cherry blossoms bloom! Continuity is strength, and I will resume posting at my own pace.

I'm an inlander, but there are many breweries from Iwate, Miyagi and Fukushima that check in, and I feel a strong sense of warmth and connection. I work in inland education for the private sector. Every year, many people come from the coast, such as Miyako, Kamaishi and Ofunato, but 11 years ago, there was a girl in the third grade who came from Kamaishi in the summer. There was a girl from Kamaishi who was a third grader at the time who came to our school 11 summers ago. It was originally a day of remembrance, but we chose SAKURA and Laughing Seasons to send her off to the next stage with a smile, thinking of the 10 years she spent overcoming hardships and blooming magnificent cherry blossoms. At the time, her house was completely destroyed by the tsunami, but her mother told me later that the third-grader had evacuated to higher ground with one hand firmly grasping her grandmother's hand and somehow carrying a bag of cram school textbooks in the other hand. I'm looking forward to what she will tell us in 6 years. Oh...the taste, I don't feel the gas, but it's fruity, fresh, sweet, umami, bitter and pleasant. And the costa is good!

The snow that piled up so much has melted, and the news of cherry blossoms will arrive next month in Morioka in the northern part of Japan. AKABU's SAKURA arrived a step or two earlier than that! Because it is a new product, there was a rush of inquiries even in my hometown, and at a liquor store near my office, one bottle was sold per person when it went on sale at 1:00 p.m. Before 1:00 p.m., there were several people waiting (including me). AKABU is to be feared. I wanted to go home early and drink, but it was already 1:30 a.m. after working late. I opened the bottle without even eating dinner. It is more powerful than SNOW. When you pour it, the light blue color of the bottle reflects and the sake looks like that color. Perhaps it is because of the name "SAKURA" and the preconception of spring sake, but it smells like plums and cherries. It starts with a slight gaseous feeling and gentle sourness, and then a faint sweetness spreads gently and fades away with the sourness. I drank it while listening to various Sakura songs. The image of the taste was "SAKURA" by Ikimono-gakari. because of the time of the year and the PV of Morioka. Before the cherry blossoms bloom" by Mushroom Empire These two songs got me hooked.

I fell in love at first sight with the sexy woman standing there and invited her into my home. It looks like a pile of snow when the tailings are settled, and it looks like falling snow when it is mixed, isn't it so stylish? The sound of the opening of the bottle, which is the complete opposite of the quiet appearance of the woman, is very energetic. I have a weakness for gaps, and at this point I'm already falling in love. And when I drank it, I was knocked out. Along with the tangy gas, the refreshing acidity, umami, and sweetness of the rice spread out. I was completely hit. It tastes like a sweet and sour first love. I can't stop drinking it. Later, I went to the liquor store to buy another bottle, but unfortunately they were out of the 4-gallon bottles. It won't fit in my fridge, so I won't be able to have it for the rest of my life. Let's meet again next winter! 1/19 postscript We made a natural refrigerator because of the great snow.

I took it at the beginning of December. I usually commute to work by bicycle, but I often take a super long way to work while starting up a certain location-based game (the brave one). On the way there, I found a shop that handles my work! It's dark under the lamp post. Now you can enjoy it to your heart's content. I thought it was a 4-gallon bottle, but it's 750ml, so I took a sip while worrying about the details. The solid umami spreads together with the sweetness, and finishes with a little acidity and bitterness... This is a mellow umikuchi. One more thing to look forward to when commuting by bicycle. Hurry up and melt the snow!

Thank you all for your continued support this year. For my first post of the year 2021, I'm going to use my favorite Akatake's SNOW. (By the way, my first drink was Hekihan.) We confirmed the release of the brewery on our Instagram yesterday, and the day it arrived was a holiday. I was so excited and ready to go, but it was snowing like a typhoon in northern Japan. In the morning, I was already exhausted by processing afterwards. I took a nap to recover my strength and left in the evening! But the liquor store we went to was already sold out, isn't it earlier than XMAS? I hurriedly went to another liquor store nearby and managed to get it just before closing time! Even in my hometown, it's getting harder and harder to get the limited edition ones. After taking a commemorative photo in the snow (it wasn't raining during Xmas), we opened the bottle. It has a slightly thick mouthfeel, with a fruity and milky acidity that fills the mouth with flavor. The gasiness is stronger than the XMAS, and it cuts through quickly. The lightness of this beer makes you want to take another sip right away. As expected. The roads are slippery due to the recent heavy snowfall (but nothing compared to the Sea of Japan side) and cold wave, and I witnessed traffic accidents in three places when I came home. Let's blow away the bad things that happened this year with the opening of the bottle! So, for the last sake of 2020, we chose this one! The momentum of opening the bottle, the sense of gas, the fruity flavor, the sweetness... The taste is irresistible, and the sake goes on and on. A lot of things have been washed away, and I'm getting drunk comfortably. I hope that 2021 will be a good year for everyone! May you all enjoy good sake in 2021!

It's been more than half a month since I bought it, and when I open the fridge, the green guy just invites me to drink it as soon as possible. During this time, I endured the temptation with "Saku", "Yuki Onna", and "Yaminari Shusui" (write up later, they were all delicious), and finally I was able to celebrate this day. The time has come, let's open the bottle! Huh? "Pong! It didn't happen. There is an air hole in the crown, and it's Christmas, so I was expecting the "thing" that often happens at parties, but it opened easily and very calmly. I took a quick bite. Muscat? It has a refreshing sourness like muscat, a gentle sweetness, and a little gas. And it doesn't feel like sake at all. The other day, I described Sawaya Matsumoto as a rice cider, but this one is more like a wine. The lightness of the 13 degrees, combined with the fact that it's only 13 degrees, means that if you don't put the bottle out of sight, you'll end up pouring more on your own. I was planning to spend the rest of the year plus the New Year's with this and Kaze no Mori, but I'm pretty sure I'll be buying another bottle of this at the end of the year (if you have any recommendations, let me know). I let my wife, who is not a big fan of sake, try a sip, and she said it was like sake. I got the tie as a gift!

It's been a little over a year since I started Sake no Wa, and I've conquered the whole country! But there are so many delicious sake in each prefecture that I can't make any progress with my coloring. But there are too many good sakes in each prefecture, and I can't make any progress in my coloring. Even my hometown in Tohoku... so I locked on to Miyagi and Fukushima! Because I'm a meek person, I chose Collage! It's not overwhelming, but it has a good balance of sweet, bitter, sour, spicy, and umami. And it's fruity. I wonder how it differs from the standard Junmai and Jungin... I drank it up before I could compare it.

This year we had a light launch in the company. We really wanted to have a big party, but it couldn't be helped... I chose something suitable for such a small year-end party. The mission is not over yet, but the OTSUKARESAMADESHITA on the label is heartwarming. The gasiness, lightness, and freshness don't make you feel like you're drinking sake. It starts with a refreshing sourness, and then the sweetness and flavor of the rice come rushing in. It's like a cider of rice, and you can't help but gulp it down. It's a shame that it was served in a plastic cup, because we were drinking it in the office, and I wanted to drink it in a wine glass.

It's been a while since I checked in. It's not that I haven't been drinking, but I've been skipping posts due to my busy schedule. Work, drink, sleep, work (and then repeat). I drank a lot of things during this time, so I'll be checking in sequentially (I'm just taking good pictures). I was thinking of making the SNOW X'MAS version for the first revival, but I decided not to make it on the appropriate day. By the way, it seems that some shops in my hometown have already sold out on the second day of delivery. So, to the main topic. My wife, who usually hates sake, has been doing some missionary work to get her to taste it, but she has been rejecting it with a look on her face that she has never seen before. Then this lapis became a hit. It has a refreshing sourness, a robust flavor and a lingering aroma that is not like sake, but in a good way, it was a clean hit. Since it does not seem to be the one which arrives rarely, I aim at the next arrival with an eagle eye for the next arrival while drinking it carefully.

I always enjoy looking at your reviews, but unfortunately half of the brands I'm interested in drinking aren't for sale in my area of action that I know of. Koei chrysanthemum, Mimuro cedar, musical instrument Masamune, etc... I suppose I could buy them online, but I have a mysterious obsession with buying things I encounter in stores, so I haven't gone into it. (Not that I'm skimping on shipping costs by any means...) The only thing I'm looking forward to close to is taking advantage of my local privilege to get a quick drink of AKABU. So we had a bottle of Junmai NEWBORN, which just came out. Fresh gas, fruity acidity and flavor, sweetness afterwards, and bitterness at the end...it's still good. Even though I drink a lot of different alcoholic beverages, it's still a standard drink for me that I end up coming back to here.

Shinsei, which I hadn't come across even though the liquor store I often go to carries it, has a corner, but there's none there. Since my day off is Monday-Thursday and I mainly go to buy on Mondays, I decided to go on Thursday, hypothesizing that they would be sold out on Saturday and Sunday. There was a huge line of drinks, from ecru to lapis, cosmos to flax cat, and I could choose as many as I wanted. I asked the clerk if my hypothesis was correct, but he brushed it off as "not true". At this time, a relative brought us a large quantity of matsutake mushrooms, a completely unexpected gift (a great harvest in the mountains we manage). We had matsutake mushrooms with rice, baked in foil and served with an all-star dish of autumn - naratake mushroom (we call it "bori" here) and sweet potato soup. Surrounded by pleasant sourness and flavor, it goes perfectly with the autumnal flavors. As expected of the No. 1 salmon river, it was a wonderful experience.

I've always been curious about this product because people have reviewed it as Adult Calpis, Rice Yogurt, Yakult, etc., but I've never gotten around to picking it up until now. However, when the supplemental budget for our family's sake bill was passed, I decided to take a chance and buy it. The taste...is just as you all said. I don't have any objections to it. It's the kind that's too easy to drink and goes away quickly. Could it be the unique flavor of lactic acid? If you don't like the.... It's a bottle that could be arranged in a variety of ways (although I can only think of one that I'd like to share with a soda)

10/1 Japanese Sake Day I went to the liquor store hoping to find something good. There it was. A few bottles left after my reservation, and I didn't hesitate to get them! Plus, we found cosmos, lapis and ecru! (More on this later.) This must have been the last fireworks display of the year, and although the peak of midsummer is long gone, we had it while replaying our favorite song "All About Youth" by Fuji Fabric in our brains. This is the Forest of the Wind! This is muscat (just my personal opinion), from the slight fizziness of the wine to a fresh fruity feeling. And then it's refreshing and fleeting and disappears, like the fireworks on the label. It's been cold in Iwate lately, but we were warmed up with drinks, fireworks images, and a lot of fun.

Shin Tschida, now maturing. I was looking for something to eat in the meantime, and the one that caught my eye was a shichida. The waiter said he thought it would be good for him, but the reason was "Tschida and Shichida"...that's about it. The fresh sourness is like an apple. And yet the taste is good. I finished my drink earlier than planned, so my wife and I are deliberating on the supplemental budget for this month's liquor bill.

I've seen and heard the name "Shin Tschida" in many places. A poster saying it's in stock caught my eye and I spent a small hour with a quart bottle in hand. Reading the description on the back of the label, it clearly doesn't feel like a beginner's drink... In the fridge next to me, Ohmine, Ni Usagi, and Kaze no Mori are calling me. But I'm curious... Are you lost? And the waiter. Without a moment's hesitation, he told me about this sake. It has a unique sour taste and is not for beginners. But it looks interesting. Let's experience the change in flavor over time. A yellowish color and a unique scent, a smell of wood? The unique sourness is a bit of a relief, something I don't dislike. But a mysterious uniqueness appears at the end. It's not a bad taste, but what is this? I'd like to drink more to make sure, but I thought it would be less interesting if I didn't leave it behind, so I ended the first day as a mystery. And today (day 4), the mystery uniqueness has faded. Was that sweetness? The taste has certainly changed. But I'm not sure. And it's getting funnier and funnier. We'll have to hold out again until next week.

I've been meaning to try it for quite a while now, and I've been thinking about drinking it someday. I often see it in liquor stores, so I didn't reach for it when I thought I could drink it, but if it's limited to fall, it's a different story. Moreover, I hadn't had it in two years, so I bought it right away. I've been into sake for over half a year now and this is my first time to do Yamahai. It's the first time I typed "Yamahai", so the conversion candidates came up as Yamahai, Yamahai or Yamaha-grade. So I can't say anything that is peculiar to the word "Yamahai" at all. (I want to be able to say it.) The acidity is not too strong, the taste is fruity, not too alcoholic, and it's very easy to drink. If I were to use an analogy, it would be that it's not the type of wine that comes forward to leave a fingernail print, but when it's over, it leaves a strong impression. In other words, it's delicious.

Driving to Hachinohe during the Obon holidays. Once we're out of the prefecture, we'll have to pick up something at the local liquor store to take home! I searched for "Hachinohe Sake shop" but I didn't expect it to be closed. That's right, it's O-Bon. We finally found a liquor store and evaluated the items. It's Hachisen after all! I thought it was a good idea, but there was only what was left that I could buy locally, so I finally decided on Tazhu. (By the way, it was on sale at a local supermarket for 2980 yen for a four-pack bottle. Super rip-off) The acidity is not as strong as the Comet I drank before. The balance of sweetness, flavor and sourness is very good. Even so, it is not too strong, and it goes down smoothly as an accompaniment to meals. After all, it is an all-round sake that I drink even if I don't have any accompaniment. Even after opening the bottle, I encountered it in the supermarket's rip-off section, and recently I've been patiently resisting the urge to buy it.
