ばなちんIt's been more than half a month since I bought it, and when I open the fridge, the green guy just invites me to drink it as soon as possible. During this time, I endured the temptation with "Saku", "Yuki Onna", and "Yaminari Shusui" (write up later, they were all delicious), and finally I was able to celebrate this day. The time has come, let's open the bottle! Huh? "Pong! It didn't happen. There is an air hole in the crown, and it's Christmas, so I was expecting the "thing" that often happens at parties, but it opened easily and very calmly. I took a quick bite. Muscat? It has a refreshing sourness like muscat, a gentle sweetness, and a little gas. And it doesn't feel like sake at all. The other day, I described Sawaya Matsumoto as a rice cider, but this one is more like a wine. The lightness of the 13 degrees, combined with the fact that it's only 13 degrees, means that if you don't put the bottle out of sight, you'll end up pouring more on your own. I was planning to spend the rest of the year plus the New Year's with this and Kaze no Mori, but I'm pretty sure I'll be buying another bottle of this at the end of the year (if you have any recommendations, let me know). I let my wife, who is not a big fan of sake, try a sip, and she said it was like sake. I got the tie as a gift!
