Driving to Hachinohe during the Obon holidays.
Once we're out of the prefecture, we'll have to pick up something at the local liquor store to take home! I searched for "Hachinohe Sake shop" but I didn't expect it to be closed. That's right, it's O-Bon.
We finally found a liquor store and evaluated the items. It's Hachisen after all! I thought it was a good idea, but there was only what was left that I could buy locally, so I finally decided on Tazhu.
(By the way, it was on sale at a local supermarket for 2980 yen for a four-pack bottle. Super rip-off)
The acidity is not as strong as the Comet I drank before. The balance of sweetness, flavor and sourness is very good. Even so, it is not too strong, and it goes down smoothly as an accompaniment to meals. After all, it is an all-round sake that I drink even if I don't have any accompaniment.
Even after opening the bottle, I encountered it in the supermarket's rip-off section, and recently I've been patiently resisting the urge to buy it.
