ばなちんI've been meaning to try it for quite a while now, and I've been thinking about drinking it someday. I often see it in liquor stores, so I didn't reach for it when I thought I could drink it, but if it's limited to fall, it's a different story. Moreover, I hadn't had it in two years, so I bought it right away. I've been into sake for over half a year now and this is my first time to do Yamahai. It's the first time I typed "Yamahai", so the conversion candidates came up as Yamahai, Yamahai or Yamaha-grade. So I can't say anything that is peculiar to the word "Yamahai" at all. (I want to be able to say it.) The acidity is not too strong, the taste is fruity, not too alcoholic, and it's very easy to drink. If I were to use an analogy, it would be that it's not the type of wine that comes forward to leave a fingernail print, but when it's over, it leaves a strong impression. In other words, it's delicious.
