The sake is pressed between the end of the year and New Year's Eve, hung with an ema (votive tablet) prayed for at Ohirayama Miyoshi Shrine, and shipped on New Year's Day for good luck. The name of the sake is said to be "Ema," a votive picture tablet prayed for at Mt.

The menu on the wall said "seafood" and I thought, what the heck, but when I asked the restaurant staff for a recommendation for a "strong acidic drink", they brought me this "Umi Fudo". I had seen it before! According to the owner, this sake has won the first prize in some kind of competition. It is delicious! It has a strong sourness, which I like!

I was drinking a bottle of Jyushiyo next to me, but I think I liked this AKABU KOHAKU more. (I was allowed to drink some of what my husband was drinking, so no pictures...)

I like Shinsei (any kind of Shinsei), so I can say "Delicious! I'm sorry, but I'm not sure if I'm being helpful. I'm sorry, but my impression is not very helpful....
