At the Matsudo Festival. We had it at Saketchi, Beau Michell Beau Michell. It is easy to drink with 9% alcohol content! I like sake that tastes like wine, so I liked it.
Oh Splash PREMIUM
Original by Kairindo. It is said to be on sale today.
We had this today at the Sake Day event "Sake Go Around".
There are many kinds of sparkling, but this one is sweet and tart!
Hanaboe Yamahai Reduced Sake
The other day I learned that Hanaboe is delicious, so I had another kind. The moment it was poured, the color! Yellow!
I like it because of its acidity. However, it has 18% alcohol content, so it makes me drunk....
Senkori Hiyakoshi Oroshi, red dragonfly
I saw Hanaboe, so I asked the shopkeeper if he would like it, and he replied, "Do you like sourness? I asked the shopkeeper if he liked the sourness, and he offered me this one first! It was a refreshing sourness. It is light and delicious.
HANATOMOE Mizu-Hashiroshi × Mizu-Hashiroshi
This is a transparent caramel! It has a sweetness like brown sugar and acidity. It's like a dessert sake. I think it goes well with pudding or vanilla ice cream! I like it.
Niiyuu Koisuru Frog Junmai Ginjyo Momo-iro Nigori Sake
I asked the store owner for "sourness" and was served it. It might have been similar to that pink one from Atago no Matsumatsu! Sour and delicious.
This is the second time I've had seafood from KAIFUDO. Today, I had Jishin and Nabeshima, and they were all delicious, but I liked KAIFUDO the best, so I'm only going to post this one. I like it because it's like wine, but without the bitterness of wine.

Shinmasa New Year Junmai Shiboritate 2022 THE ETERNAL TIGER
The sake is pressed between the end of the year and New Year's Eve, hung with an ema (votive tablet) prayed for at Ohirayama Miyoshi Shrine, and shipped on New Year's Day for good luck. The name of the sake is said to be "Ema," a votive picture tablet prayed for at Mt.
It was a precious cup of sake, and it was delicious.
There was Niimasa NO.6 S-type! It's gassy, sour, muscat-like, and delicious! I was so happy when I ordered it, I must have looked like a weird person....
The menu on the wall said "seafood" and I thought, what the heck, but when I asked the restaurant staff for a recommendation for a "strong acidic drink", they brought me this "Umi Fudo". I had seen it before! According to the owner, this sake has won the first prize in some kind of competition. It is delicious! It has a strong sourness, which I like!
(For the record) AKABU Kohaku Amber.
Sweet and sour, this is the one I like!
I was drinking a bottle of Jyushiyo next to me, but I think I liked this AKABU KOHAKU more. (I was allowed to drink some of what my husband was drinking, so no pictures...)
