🍶🌾 Afruge Ma Cherie 2019 Afruge Ma Cherie I saw Afruge and had it. I've had red wine barrel aged and white wine barrel aged before, but this one seems to be aged in sherry barrels 🥃. Hmmm, a bit alcoholic, or maybe the disinfected ethanol-like flavor that I've felt before in the Afruge Zero, with a twinge?

🍶🌾 Senkori Sparkler When I was finishing Tsushimaya, I was talking with my husband about what to have next, and the manager said, "Oh, we've already decided what we're going to serve next, so don't worry about it. Huh? Sparkler, I remember last year I felt it was spicy, but this was sweet and sour to my liking!

Thank you for your comment, Jay & Nobby: ☀️ Yes, I always say, "Sweet and sour please!" and I say that at the first glass, they probably remember that I'm the one again, so they can confidently select it from the second glass 😄. It's exciting and fun to meet and discover new brands when you get to choose ✨. I found the sparkler a little spicy last year, but this one was sweet and sour to my liking 😳💡.

🍶🌾 Tsushimaya Gaiden Special Junmai GreenDays 2025 This is the first brand I've ever had when I asked for a sweet and sour type 🥂. I asked for a sweet and sour type and this was the first time I had ever had it 🥂 It is a low alcohol wine yeast and sparkling type. It's a wine yeast x sparkling type low alu. It's sizzlingly sweet and sour and tastes exactly like ramune at the end! It was delicious 😋.

🍶🌾 Mai-bijin Tank no Soko Yamahai Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu I was talking with a staff member who was off duty but had come to drink and we were discussing the various types of sake from all over Japan. I was complimented on my taste for "acidity" and "sweetness".

🍶🌾 HIROSEN HITEN HITEN CHIDORI Tobirazumi's Kijoshu ☺️ You can't go wrong with like x like. It's so thick, sour and sweet all at once. Delicious! Day 2 It tastes like a fine muscat! 🥰

🍶🌾 Honey Tenmei Karoyaka Kojo-shu (fresh) I saw this on the Concept Workers Selection's Instagram and thought, "I want to try it because it has a cute label and it's a kijoshu! I saw it on the Concept Workers Selection instagram and thought, "I want to try this! It has a mild sweetness and acidity, and a slight bitterness like grapefruit or Hassaku. The color of the sake when poured has a slight yellowish tint, which gives the illusion that it is not the yellowish color of sake, but the color of squeezed juice of lemon or hassaku 😳.

🍶🌾 Gen no tori (Black-necked Stork) 2024 The Best Yononotori Illustrated Book From the color and name, I thought it would be a savory type, but it's not as savory as Hinotori, but tasty with a sour taste ☺️ The stores were open early for the Fukagawa Festival!

🍶🌾 Fudo White Koji & Ringo Junmai Nama Shu A combination of white malted rice and No. 77 yeast. It's a combination of like x like so no doubt! 🫧 The waiter who tasted it first said, "Oh! It's definitely the one (I) like!" The waiter who tasted it before me laughed 🤣 He knows what he's talking about!

🍶🌾 Hinotori 2024 The Best Yonotori Illustrated Book We had the bottle opened! 😍 Eh, are you sure? 😳 It is said to be a purple-black rice noble sake, and the color! The unique aroma of brown rice, the aroma and taste are smoky! If you want to compare it to something smoked, what is it? Muscat or something...?

🍶🌾 HIRAN Reborn Hiran's Kijoshu ✨ You found this on a trip to Okinawa and brought it home with you? It needs to be refrigerated, right? What should I do? I wasn't sure what to do, but the waiter encouraged me to take it home with me (my husband). It's a little bit spicy, but not too much!
