🍶🌾 Hiraizumi Marufei No.4 Limited Summer Seasonal Miyamanishiki It is sweet and sour! Maybe more acidic than the second version with the yellow-green label! I had more of the same that day: ☺️ I can't help but read "Natsunama" as "Tuna Mayo" for a moment...

🍶🌾 Eating Hinotori The supernatant tastes exactly like Akane Kujaku, which tastes like syrup from a fruit can! I took a sip and immediately mixed it, but no matter how long I left it afterwards to taste the supernatant again, it didn't separate anymore. I should have drunk more of the supernatant! I served it with fruit and vanilla ice cream, as described in the "How to Eat" section 😋🍨. 🎊 This is my memorable 300th post!

🍶🌾 Laughing Four Seasons MONSOON MONSOON Kijoshu Ginbuki Koshiki Nama Moto 2024-25 Nama Sake Purchased by my husband who is a self-proclaimed "kijoshu lover"! It is sweet like syrup! But it tastes crisp at the end. It tasted different the next day.

🍶🌾 Bunkajin Summer Jungin Light Nigori Nama I see it has a name "ghost label"! 👻 I often say it has a "Ramune" feel to it, but this one really had the glucose or "taste" of Ramune! 🫧 On the way back from visiting the morning glory festival in Iriya. It was so hot that day that I had to ask for a glass of water before drinking sake...

🍶🌾 Mai-Bijin SanQ Yamahai Junmai Nigori Nama-Shu My husband bought this for me on a business trip to Fukui 🚄✨. Sourness! 🤩 No sweetness, but more like umami. Sour! Dry! It's not sweet, but it's more like a mild taste. It seems to be similar to one of Terada Honke's!

🍶🌾 Takachiyo Cherichiyo Unfiltered Nama Sake The first Cherry Chichiyo of the year! Slightly gassy and sweet! It's also syrupy sweet! 🍶 Finally!!! I've caught up with posting in real time 🥹. You can't save for over a year and a half. But it's fun to keep a log of delicious drinks! It was a great time to catch up and post, but it was also a great time to reminisce and reminisce. I'll be posting steadily from now on!

🍶🌾 Gozenshu Omachi Trilogy Series - Yeast Version Special brewing sake [77] high malic acid producing yeast When I visited Katsuyama a few years ago, there happened to be a brewery (or maybe community?) festival going on. I had a lot of fun tasting the various samples at Tsuji Honten. In addition to the nostalgic memories, I also remember that "Yeast No. 77" is the same yeast used by Tobirazumi! So I chose this one🍎.
