(Log) Shinsei No.6 N-type Sake squeezed from the end of the year to the beginning of the new year is shipped on New Year's Day. The first Shinmasa of 2025 was a fitting New Year-type! (From my notes at the time) "It's like a kiwi! It's like a kiwi!"

(Log) Senkou × UNITED ARROWS Snowman: Chinese Zodiac Sign Series UA Snake I've had Senkori Snowman ⛄️ many times, but what I've never posted is that it's always a little dry? I've had it many times but never posted it because it always seems a bit dry...a bit off from the "sweet and sour" or "sizzling" I've decided to post here...but this one was my favorite! I was told that it is a "nigori ver of kijo sake"! I'm confused when choosing a brand 🤔. There is a "snowball" independent, but if I put it on that, it doesn't seem to be counted as "Sentori" in the "brands with many check-ins". Location: "Shatoregura", Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture

(Log) Shin Takachiyo A-TYPE Breaking Shin Takachiyo N-TYPE SOU I like Shin Takachiyo, too. It has sweetness, acidity, and low alcohol content, which I like. I wrote down "a high quality banana with a sour taste. I hope you get the idea, it's a little pricey banana, a little tart and sweet, just like a banana.

(Log) Nabeshima Kitsushizuku Junmai Ginjo I sometimes drink Nabeshima as well as Haneya, but this may be my first contribution to Sake-no-wa! I've always wanted to try Minatoya (the yakitori place, apparently it's called "Daiichi")... next door to Minatoya? Or maybe the next one next to it? I've always wanted to try Minato-ya (the yakitori one, "Daiichi" apparently). It says "Minato-ya" here too! And it looks like a sushi restaurant? So, I paid a visit to Minatoya Daiichi Hanare (2/2).
