🍶🌾 Mai-Bijin SanQ Yamahai Junmai Nigori Nama-Shu My husband bought this for me on a business trip to Fukui 🚄✨. Sourness! 🤩 No sweetness, but more like umami. Sour! Dry! It's not sweet, but it's more like a mild taste. It seems to be similar to one of Terada Honke's!

🍶🌾 Takachiyo Cherichiyo Unfiltered Nama Sake The first Cherry Chichiyo of the year! Slightly gassy and sweet! It's also syrupy sweet! 🍶 Finally!!! I've caught up with posting in real time 🥹. 🍶🌾 Gozenshu Omachi Trilogy Series - Yeast Version Special brewing sake [77] high malic acid producing yeast When I visited Katsuyama a few years ago, there happened to be a brewery (or maybe community?) festival going on. I had a lot of fun tasting the various samples at Tsuji Honten. In addition to the nostalgic memories, I also remember that "Yeast No. 77" is the same yeast used by Tobirazumi! So I chose this one🍎.
