Honey Tenmei Karoyaka Kojo-shu (fresh)
I saw this on the Concept Workers Selection's Instagram and thought, "I want to try it because it has a cute label and it's a kijoshu! I saw it on the Concept Workers Selection instagram and thought, "I want to try this!
It has a mild sweetness and acidity, and a slight bitterness like grapefruit or Hassaku.
The color of the sake when poured has a slight yellowish tint, which gives the illusion that it is not the yellowish color of sake, but the color of squeezed juice of lemon or hassaku 😳.

Hanaboe Hazy Light Nigori Nama Sake
This is the first label I have seen of Hanaboe.
I was curious about it and the waiter who was tasting it earlier said "I think you'll like it" 😊.
Not too Hanaboe-ish? Clean sweetness and moderate acidity!
