Kinjaku - Inherited Yamahai Zozo Classics No.5
We had a glass of this precious sake, which is rarely drunk outside of our hometown.
It tasted sweet and elegant! Delicious!
Golden Chun🐣 I love bird sparrows, so the name is good!

Shinsei Colors Tangerine
I've been wanting to try this tangerine 🍊 for a long time, but I couldn't find it.
I've been wanting to try this tangerine for a long time, but never got around to it!
(Forgot to upload the log)
Shinsei Colors Ecru -Generation
I remember drinking Shinsei at a restaurant in Nakano... and when I went back, I found that I had forgotten to post it...
🍶🌾
Hiraizumi Marufei No.4 Limited Summer Seasonal Miyamanishiki
It is sweet and sour!
Maybe more acidic than the second version with the yellow-green label!
I had more of the same that day: ☺️
I can't help but read "Natsunama" as "Tuna Mayo" for a moment...
🍶🌾
Eating Hinotori
The supernatant tastes exactly like Akane Kujaku, which tastes like syrup from a fruit can! I took a sip and immediately mixed it, but no matter how long I left it afterwards to taste the supernatant again, it didn't separate anymore. I should have drunk more of the supernatant!
I served it with fruit and vanilla ice cream, as described in the "How to Eat" section 😋🍨.
🎊
This is my memorable 300th post!

Akane Peacock 2024
The most powerful Yononotori illustrated book
This is...! It's the juice from canned fruit... syrup, I think it's called? It tastes like that! I love it!
It's sweet and a little sour and delicious!
It's the best 🥹🧡!

Laughing Four Seasons MONSOON MONSOON
Kijoshu Ginbuki Koshiki Nama Moto
2024-25 Nama Sake
Purchased by my husband who is a self-proclaimed "kijoshu lover"!
It is sweet like syrup! But it tastes crisp at the end.
It tasted different the next day.
🍶🌾
Hanatomoe HANATOMOE Splash
Activated nigori unfiltered unpasteurized sake
My husband was drinking it, but he traded it for me lol!
This is the first time for me to drink this Hanatomoe!
🍶🌾
Bunkajin Summer Jungin Light Nigori Nama
I see it has a name "ghost label"! 👻
I often say it has a "Ramune" feel to it, but this one really had the glucose or "taste" of Ramune! 🫧
On the way back from visiting the morning glory festival in Iriya.
It was so hot that day that I had to ask for a glass of water before drinking sake...
🍶🌾
Mai-Bijin MYVY
The other bottle my husband bought me on a business trip to Fukui 🚄✨.
I've been wanting to try MYVY again!
It's still good!
Syrup, caramel, honey, that kind of thing! I'll have to try it again 🍯.

SENKOKU KABUTATSUMI
This year's Kabutomushi has been sitting in the fridge for quite some time, waiting to be opened 🌈 Today we opened the bottle!
It's still delicious 🍋!
