The moment I opened it, I could smell the sweet aroma! I thought it would be sweet, but it was sharp and spicy! As expected of Onikoroshi...! But I still feel that the sweet aroma softens the spiciness. It's a fun drink 😁.

I think it's the strongest to pair with food. Delicious, I love it! Note for myself It goes well with fish, fish paste, and shiitake mushrooms. Especially with shiitake mushrooms, I could feel the sweetness strongly.

Sake Lover's Gathering at the Company - Part 4 and 5 Comparison of Yabuta and Tub It has a strong banana taste. The aroma of the Yabuta spread more quickly in the mouth than the Yabuta. Both are delicious, but I prefer the tuber. The Yabuta had a little bit of a strange taste (cloth smell?) (cloth smell?) was felt.
